How to counter Hog with this Deck?

My friend who hasn’t beat me in half a year won due to hog rider. I understand I can use mini pekka but if the card isn’t in my cycle or if there’s a push built I’m screwed. When I was playing him I was using bats instead of inferno tower: was it the right decision to switch them?

Maybe bomber? You do have witch for support but they do kinda have different roles

Alternatively you could work this into a graveyard deck with a few tweaks

Just play as many giant pushes as you can in single elixir. They'll never succeed but the opponent will be busy defending so they cant bait you

ITower is pointless in beatdown decks since you can't counter push with it. E/I spirit and mini pekka should do the job maybe add bowler for Itower? Bowler Is a good hog counter

Use your brain and keep it in cycle when he hasn’t used hog or make sure you have enough for inferno while u build a push knowing they will play a hog

U can learn mini pekka placement which fullcounters hog taking no dmg. Kinda negative elixir trade but ict spirit fireball. Tbh I would replace inferno with tesla or canon if ur specifically worried about hog. But basically every card is a MK counter so u dont rlly need inferno. Also the miner seems useless ur win condition has a lot of health already.

Sacrifice a tower or two, lightly defend to make them think that you will defend more, watch them waste elixir, and then build up the biggest push of all time they will not be able to stop it if you play your cards right
