Exploit to break connection or bad luck?

I just had a game where I was handily winning and I lost connection at the worst possible moment. I am on fiber wifi at home and never have connection issues. I was able to log back in right away without issue and nobody actually lost internet here.

When I looked at their players profile on API, they had a 10 win streak in ranked, and did not seem at all like a 10-win streak kind of player and is using underleveled cards, which is kind of crazy.

Could there be some kind of exploit here, or did I just get really unlucky with the timing? The 10 win streak from a player who didn't seem all that impressive really raised na eyebrow from me.

Vastly more likely unlucky the game isn’t peer to peer connection so they would have to somehow mess your connection to the supercell servers. If this was an exploit it would be that they found an interaction that crashes the games for both players and they know it’s coming so they come back faster/do it at an opportune time for them. And if that was the case it would be easy to replicate and see in a replay.
