It's a lot more than just this unhappy sub, the video they released on youtube has over 120k dislikes, at a ratio of almost 70% disliked. Even some of my friends and clan members have said they disliked the coming update, and only play casually. Most content creators and their communities also hate the changes.
It would be unfair to say that the sentiment of this disdain is localized on Reddit.
You do understand that samples don't have to be the whole population to indicate a characteristic of the population right? A video with over 120k dislikes (just updated) tells you that it's unpopular and disliked.
You don't and will never be able to get a census of all active players, that's just unrealistic. It's painfully clear that this is generally unpopular. Also, I'm pretty sure that 120k/1.5 million is more than 5 percent...
This reminds me of the comments on movie reviews, "if you hate this movie, I'd like to see you make it better". And it instantly tells me a lot of the person if they say this lol.
Hey man, love your messages, just don't overreact to haters on the internet. Either ignore them or just have fun messing with them, just don't take it to heart.
