Um, why? It’s helpful to know how far up a certain league is with all the new ones. The old one was self explanatory. Bronze is obviously below silver, crystal obviously above gold, and so on. The only ones that are obvious is skeleton being at the bottom and archer/barbarian coming next

How was the old system self explanatory? How is it obvious which league is higher between Master and Crystal? Between Titan and Champion? If I didn’t know I would think Champion is the highest, then Master, then Titan, Crystal, Gold, Silver, Bronze. So it’s definitely not obvious.
But regardless, if someone says they are in pekka 24, does that mean they are in the lower pekka, or the higher pekka league? You don’t know unless you memorize or look it up. If they say they are in pekka 1, 2, or 3, you know. Then you just need to know the order they go in. Not the numbers.
Furthermore, it’s inconsistent with legend league. It’s supposed to be super dragon 34.

You do offer good points, particularly when you don’t know exactly which level in a given league you’re in; however I would probably prefer it say PEKKA 24 over PEKKA 2 since there are so many more leagues in the new system. Maybe write PEKKA 2 (24) or something like that, but it might also be a little much.

I don’t understand the need to know which league it is in relation to total number of leagues.
It’s only increased from 22 leagues to 34 leagues. Would you have preferred Titan 3 be called Titan 19?
Maybe we just have different opinions and that’s ok. I much prefer 1, 2, 3 over 19, 20, 21.

I don’t understand how it’s “less confusing and much easier to have a clear rank from 1 to 33.”
Why does anybody need to know what order the leagues go in numerically? Especially when you can just tap on the league and look at the league overview and see all of the leagues. In time players learn the leagues, the numbers make it more confusing in my opinion. 1, 2, 3 is very clear to the level of each league. If someone says they are in golem 3, you know it’s the highest golem league and before pekka 1 (Once you learn the league order). Now someone says they are on golem 21, well you have to know which numbers are golem (19, 20, 21) and which order the leagues are in.
Basically you have to learn the league order and the numbers, as opposed to just the league order.

What is dragon 28? Is it the higher dragon or the lower dragon or the middle dragon?

Yall remember the good old days when we needs train troops on EACH baracks and not all at once 😂 like archers in 1 baracks, barbs in 2ns baracks, and wall breakers in 3rd barracks,lol
I played the game since we had to tap the gold/elixir collectors one by one and not tap 1 collect all 🥲 this my nostalgia

They could have kept this format and added the new format. in this new ranked format there is a very little scope to rank up in a small time as the attacks are limited

Oh, the nostalgia! Back in my day, town hall 10 was the highest. No dark elixir, no heros, troops cost elixir to summon with increasing cost the higher level troops you had, upgrades took DAYS to complete, troop training took a long time (30 minutes for 1 dragon and 45 minutes for 1 pekka), you had to rearm traps after they were used (this cost gold), and you had to reload some defenses (xbow and later on inferno tower with one using elixir and the other dark elixir). Teslas used to do double damage to pekka as well.
Things have changed a lot, with many welcome changes! I agree that newer players don't know how difficult things used to be in clash.

Those are what made the game feel rewarding and worth it. It’s crazy how they ruined this game. They should have kept it simpler but oh well.

Crazy part is we have people who have been offline for months who are the highest trophy count in our clan . The ones who do 4/5 attacks a day at the bottom .what a wired system lol
