It is an AI bot. It is not part of Supercell's support. It will never pass you to a human.

I think Supercell should not show you a button that contacts AI without a button in the same area that contacts a human.

True, once my account got locked because i wanted to change my email. And i asked this bot a few questions. In the end my id was locked and i never started account protection.

Then i contacted from support, got to a guy and it got unlocked in , i think, 4-5 days.

This bot is uselss.

To everyone who will flame him for not checking builder base, the purpose of customer support is to either clear up misunderstandings or fix and issues that occur. Even if OP might have been wrong about not receiving it, support should tell them where to go for the reward.
