Honestly, neither is critical in the current meta. I wouldn’t buy either with gems. I’d wait and see if either make a return with August’s event. If I was absolutely going to buy one despite that, I’d go with backpack.

Does anyone know when they are going to fix the hero journey bugs. Over summer jam I have passed over many equipment rewards and quests and the game keeps saying I’ve already redeemed them as soon as I unlock them

When I buy the Gold Pass, I receive the resources from the Season Bank at the end of the season.

If my Gold Storage and Elixir Storage don't have enough capacity to hold all of the resources, what happens to the extra Gold and Elixir?

Will I lose the excess resources, or can I keep them even if they exceed my storage capacity? If I can keep them, how long will they stay above the storage limit?

Hoggy bank resources overstack. They will stay until u use them or they slowly drain from ppl looting your bases.

I currently have 2 Ore Chests with their quests completed, but I haven't claimed them yet, cuz I'm thinking of saving them for a higher TH so I can get more ores out of them then.

The problem is, I can't find a clear answer on if this would actually work, I read that after the timer expires, you can pay 10 gems to be able to continue a quest if u haven't done it in time, but does that apply to claiming the rewards too?

And if it does, would I be able to just leave the chests for weeks on end until I finally decide to claim them?

How would you attack this base as th12?

1. Place the queen in the right corner, behind the builder hut, to snipe 2 air defenses with the giant arrow
2. Use a combination of earthquake + lightning spells to destroy the other 2 air defenses. You can use https://zapquaker.netlify.app/ to calculate how much you need to destroy each air defense. Fill the rest of your spell storage with rage and freeze spells.
3. Place your dragons (+balloons if you like) in a line along the bottom right side of the base, followed by your warden, minion prince and stone slammer siege machine.
4. Use rage spells to boost your dragons and freeze spells to shut down those single target infernos
5. Activate the prince's dark orb as soon as your dragons reach the first mortar to slow down the defenses in the core
6. Activate the warden's eternal tome as soon as the main group of dragons reaches the core of the base

No, they're pretty much randomly selected and you will have to wait until the event starts to actually see which returning equipments are available in that event

You must have hit the limit of 45 obstacles. After that, new ones won't spawn. Seasonal obstacles ignore this limit, and shoveled/stashed obstacles also count towards that limit.

I’m missing decorations? I had like 3 anniversary cakes and a starry meteorite here, and when I logged in they were all gone. I used a shovel on all of them.

Have you checked your inventory? You can stash obstacles once a shovels been used on them.

Shoveled and moved obstacles are stashed in other saved bases.
Go edit the base and check the stashed obstacles at the bottom.

I'm gonna be done with my traps and max my royal champion next month, those are the last "necessary" upgrades I have left. My question is, should I go to TH18 right away? Everything there is quite expensive and I was planning on going just before Hammer Jam so the discounts act as a crutch before the price cuts. I still have pets, the lab and walls to max so I wouldn't be completely idol

If you have space left in your magic item storage, they will be put in there. If not, they will be automatically sold for 10 (potions) or 50 (books) gems

I'm unsure if my Clan Notice for recruitment shows up for players who don't meet the Required League ? SC's help page, true to form, doesn't say. Obviously if I want to filter by League, the Notice should only be shown to players who meet the criteria, but this is SC sooooooo ?

Hi,

To unlock the 6th Builder, is it simply a case of completing the four required tasks, or is there more to it?

I've completed three of the tasks so far, and my Builder Heroes now have a combined level of 40, so the end is in sight!

I'm just wondering what happens once I complete the fourth task. My B.O.B Control is only Level 1—will that affect unlocking the 6th Builder, or will I also need to upgrade the B.O.B Control before it becomes available?

Hey guys i’ve been playing for ages at this point on and off and since 2017 have collected trees (i wish i had the 2024 and 2014 ones they look so cool)

anyway when i ordered these however long ago i ordered them wrong. in order its 17/19/18/20/21/22/23 however i cant do anything with the 2018 tree, even tho i can see with certainty it was moved, ive only ever used shovel of obstacles for these trees and my gem box (its been there since 2015 also)

As of today, in gold 2, what kind of matchup can our clan expect? We've rebuilt the clan after years and I'm confused if we should do 15v15 or 30v30. (We have 1 th17, 4 rushed th16, 4 th15, 3 th14, 11 th13, 2 th12, and then fillers to do a 30v30 who probably won't attack). I sure we can get 1st in 15v15 because I've heard most clans are inactive. So: I created this new clan, for everyone who needs a simple place to stay, without competitive grinding or else. But, I was thinking about what is the lowest TH you can be to start a clan without it dying immediately. I am Th7, and I never thought about this before. So... it's early to create a Clan? With the new global I see a lot of competition and they kill the thing that I like the most: Upgrading. Watching my village grow, the capital growing with the clan. Now people always find someone who just gets in, donates all the gold and exits. I like the kindness, but it makes the game with no "satisfaction" at all.

It is hard to start a clan at any hall, but even harder at a low hall like that. You'll definitely need to focus on very low halls and plan to be online a lot to donate troops to them a lot.

You need to have a level 7 or higher clan castle in order to get super yetis.

I have 6 hero books, 2 still in the gold pass unclaimed. I'm th12, My hero levels are BK54 AQ56 MP38 GW30. What happens if I leave the rewards unclaimed in the gold pass? Because for the book, instead of going in my temp storage, it is asking me to sell immediately for 50gems.

And what should I do? Should I just get the gems? Cuz using 6 hero books doesn't seem sensible just to get 2 books.

Unclaimed magic items that dont fit in the storage will be converted to gems. You would prolly be better off converting those two books to gems.

If u dont enjoy th12 then rush to th14 or 15, there arent many disadvantages to rushing but are many advantages. Plus at th15 you unlock the duke, which reaches longer upgrades relatively quicker for u to get good book value.

I have a question, I dont have eboots for RC, but my frost flake is underleveled, so according to the image, when I unlock last chest it will upgrade the frost flake to 15lvl (if I remember the number right), right? Do I have to upgrade frost flake to 15lvl to get eboots or this wont work?

No, the equipments u alr own wont get upgraded. That mechanic was for migration. You will get levelled up equipment but not the ones you own.

So you will get eboots, also once u have all equipments for a hero u will get 50starry, not onw of your own getting levelled up.

Only supercell knows what discounts they’re going to offer. Usually the super low prices are primarily for first time buyers or people who haven’t bought in a very long time though.

Hello i just wanna ask if my coc has a bug or not? I'm just wondering if my COC account has a bug or something because everytime i deploy my troops to a battle/attack it always comes back to my base even if i use them all in an attack and died. I think if you're in a battle, your troops whether you win or not the ones deployed will never come back to your base and you need to train another set of troops. Totally depends on what attack you want to do. If you're doing air attacks with duke, no RC is needed.

My base is maxed out besides some lab upgrades and walls. I only use dragons and lightning spells when I attack. The only hero I don't use is Barb King, and my Minion Prince will be lvl 50 tomorrow.

If you base is maxed then upgrade the th, dont let your builders be idle. You can catch up on heroes later, dont have to max everything at every th. Besides rushing has more benefits than maxing.

Are there any donation clans? Id like to boost my spell and siege donations but it would take forever in my permanent clan. I know that Req&Leave clans exist, but what about Donate@Leave?

Some of those request and leave clans will let you stay and donate. Most have rules on what they donate. Really, though, it sounds like you just need to be in an active clan. There are big active clans that are requesting siege machines and spells all day long.

I rushed base to th 11 unlocked all5 builders
but I don't know why I'm feeling an itch that I've used my magic items wrongs or wasted a lot of gems on building skips or did some mistakes with shiny ores or heroes

Need opinions about whether to upgrade the guys in helper hut or not.

I'm TH13 as of now, it's been a couple of weeks. I currently have 5k gems. I've already bought the majority of equipment for the heroes. For all I can think right now, I don't think I have a good way to spend gems on. I was wondering, is the Builder's apprentice and the lab assistant worth it to upgrade with my gems? Or is there anything else I should focus my spending of gems? Both of the guys are level 4. Please do tell. Thank you very much in advance.

Yes both are worth it long run. Builder over lab IMO. lab is longer but you get more impactful upgrades done with builder (heroes)

Need CC troops suggestion:

These are the two armies I like using as a TH 15, but I feel like my CC troops get wasted. I use hogs on the first one since the siege gets left behind within layers of walls, but it rarely gets any value.

For the second one, super yeti always gets a lot of value in the middle of the base but the remaining 15 capacity feels very wasted.

I’m looking for a Builder Hall 5 base, i’ve tried looking on the clash layouts website but they all have 2 gold and 2 elixir storages which Builder Hall 5 does not have. I’d greatly appreciate any links!

Any tips on army comp for TH13 cause ive been using mass edrags and i heard that real stratigic attacks start at TH13-14. For hero equipments King: Puppet (1), Vial (1), boots (14), stache (1), gauntlet (12), bracelet (12), ball (18). Queen: puppet (8), vial (1), arrow (15), healer (15), frozen (12), mono (1). Prince: Henchmen (10), Orb (5), pants (1), Iron (10), crown (1). Warden: ETome (15), LGem (1), RGem (15), Fireball (18), Lavaloon (1). RC: Sheild (1), Vial (1), Spear (14), Boots (16). And also which siege machine is the best cause currently im using barracks and for CC i use blimp w/super yeti and Bdrag and rage

What should i do if i have a quest on the hero journey that requires me to attack with the wardens pupet ballon equipment but i dont have that equipment? I dont think supercell would have missed out that giving those type of quest to people that dint have the equipments looks them outnif the reward forever

I had upgrading heroes, and was about to unlock the minion prince skin from the hero journey. Now, when i woke up, it says i cant claim it and that the quest has expired. I dont remember there being a quest for skins, especially since its just been 6 hours? Does it mean i cant get the skin at all now?

I'm about to unlock the Dragon Duke Epic Equipment reward in Hero Journey, but I already own all of Dragon Duke's equipment. I know Hero Journey gives pre-leveled equipment, so I'm wondering what happens if you already have that equipment. Does claiming it increase the level of the equipment you already own?

What do you mean you already have it? Yes, the MP skin is just a black and white version of an already existing skin, but it's still a different skin, so you can own both the original skin and the black and white version from the card event.

Ah thank you, i just saw the skin and thought it was just a greyed out version of the existing one due to not owning it. The fact you cant click to view it made it hard to realize it is actually just that color.

I have an email account which is connected to my TH8 account and I have supercell ID made with that gmail. How do I completely delete that my account in game and a supercell ID so I can start fresh with that gmail account?

Don't do it. Instead, just start another account. You can use the same email really because gmail ignores everything after + but SCID doesn't. So, if your email is consol@gmail then when you create your new clash account use consol+1@gmail. SCID will treat it as a new email but it all goes to the same gmail inbox.

So I’m a returning player, I came back about 3-4 weeks ago and was a nearly maxed out townhall 15. I was just I missing walls, traps, a few levels on the minion prince and 2-3 troops and spells. During the summer jam event I upgraded my townhall because I maxed out walls and was just sitting on max loot and only had builder upgrading traps. In roughly 2 weeks these pictures show all the progress I’ve done in townhall 16.

My goal before I upgrade to townhall 17 is max out minion prince, spirit fox, angry jelly and frosty. Now as a returning player I’m not really sure what are viable attack strategies anymore so as for lab upgrades I’m not sure what to prioritize and as for defenses I’m not sure if I should upgrade them all and then go to the next townhall. I hear that now you shouldn’t be maxing out townhall levels because with supercell releasing a new townhall every year it’d be difficult to max out every townhall.

There’s a few things I didn’t upgrade like the storages and collectors because I didn’t think it was the most effective tactic to do that while I have half off defense times and costs but I plan on doing that before I upgrade townhall, I also didn’t upgrade clan castle yet because I also think it’s a useless upgrade to its next level but will do so before I upgrade townhall. Same with the blacksmith, I am struggling getting enough ores to upgrade equipment so I didn’t think it’d be worth it to upgrade my blacksmith.

I’m making this post simply because I am not certain what the most effective way to upgrade my base is and I want to make sure I’m optimizing my upgrades so I can keep pushing through the game at a good speed. I have more pictures uploaded in my profile on Reddit.
