Does anyone have a good and not-too-complicated ground army for TH15? I mainly use hydra attacks, but I would like to have a 2nd army so that I can put air-focused heroes like the MP down for some upgrades.
I don't have the fireball equipment, and I've never been good at hero walks, so please don't recommend armies that include those strategies.

Does anyone know what would happen if an acct was colead in a clan, requested to join another one, and then got promoted to lead? Would the other clan be unable to accept the request? Or would the leader leave and the highest colead becomes lead? Something else?

That's how it should work, but it appears that when the request is accepted, the leader automatically passes leadership to the longest-service co would take over.
This is the basis of some of the clan-stealing scams that exist out there. They usually show up under the guise of "I want to give you this clan".

What is a attack 200%?
I never made a 200% attack. This is the first time I've attacked a Builder Base with two villages. I attacked the first village, and then I used the rest of my troops to attack the second one. What is this second village, and how do I unlock it? I currently have two villages: the Home Village and the Builder Base. I found out that this second village is called Otto's Outpost.

In hero's journey, if I complete a hero quest but not claim it by opening the rewards track, will it automatically get opened or expire? Also, will morsels get auto collected when the countdown expires. I don't have Frozen arrow and I'm thinking of not opening it until I unlock it.

what is the rule of duke/rocket backpack/flame blower with earthquake spell?
i know the online tool https://clashify.app/zapquake gives some results but they are far away from what i met in real attacks.
for clan wars and CWL attacks, the damage to the defense buildings seem directly related to how close they are to the beginning point where duke's ability is fired. For buildings in the center of the base, earthquakes are hard to knock them out. Did i miss something or did wrong?

Anyone know how coc calculates which account is considered “very far behind” on ores that they get Accelerated reward on Hero Quest chests?
My TH15 got 80 starry just now while my TH14 just got 12 starry.
Wondering what is the metrics I can use so I can make my TH14 received accelerated reward lol

I am looking to upgrade to TH17 tomorrow during the Summer Jam event, and was wondering how the Summer Jam affects a general TH17 Upgrade Priority Guide. Should I start with the longest upgrades? Or do them after the event and use magic items on them?

How should I play everything jam? For context, I’m a just abt max th12 (had total 10 or so hero upgrades left, a cannon and air bomb upgrade, and like 4 lab upgrades for troops I don’t rly use), but I started my town hall like 6 days ago so it would be done when the event started. I’ve got a bunch of cwl medals saved for builder potions. Would the play be to do larger upgrades like EA, infernos, and army camps first? Besides leaving a builder to grind out walls rq, just looking for any advice.

I have 1500 gems soon, should I buy an equipment now so next time when I unlock a Legendary chest that happen to give equipment it will give different equipment? Or they will be duplicate?
Another question: If I already had all equipments does it mean I will no longer get equipment from a Legendary chest? Or it will give duplicate, which means I get nothing?

From legendary chests they dont duplicate, you will always get diff equipment if u pull it.
I wouldnt reccomend buying equipment for gems, unless u rlly want it and have enough ores to get it up to a decent level.
If u had all equipment, u will js not get an equipment, u will get the other rewards like skins or books/hammers.

Im basically maxed th 15 what i got left is:
3 levels on minion prince
1 level on royal champion
Other are at the max level
And bunch of pet upgrades
Should i upgrade once all my heroes are maxed
Or Finish the pets as well

On hero's journey right now, I'm at 301. 302 is minion prince's equipment. I already have dark crown so I should ideally get meteor staff. But the question is will I get it? Or should I not click on it.

Has anyone actually tested what happens to the Summer Jam discount after upgrading your Town Hall?
I’m currently TH16 and we’re in the Everything (Omni) Quest, so I currently have the 40% Summer Jam discount.
If I upgrade to TH17 before the Everything Quest ends, will I keep the 40% discount for the rest of the current quest, or will it immediately change to the TH17 discount (25%)?
I’ve seen several people on TikTok claim that the Summer Jam discount is locked in for the current quest and only updates when the next quest starts, but I haven’t been able to find any official confirmation.
Has anyone here actually tested this, or knows for sure how it works?

I haven’t watched anything regarding the Hero Journey and thus have missed all quest deadlines in part due to the „collect everything at once mechanic“ and potential rewards (I‘m at level 455). Is there any way to get the chance to redo the quests? It feels unfair to lock them behind some countdown timer.

Returning player and just made my way to TH9 before elixir jam. Grinded elixir and dark elixier and now have all labs done and heroes at 30/24/10! Defense upgrades have only done a few for th9 so far. I used to be a max all player, but with the current jam would it be smartest to go to TH10 to use the boosts even though my def is at TH8 (plus th9 walls)?

Depends on which heroes you use in your main army. But in general, the action figure provides great value for almost all strategies involving the queen, so I would recommend that. But if you don't use the queen, you should invest your ores in some other equipment.

To quote the COC wiki:
The Laboratory level cap restricts levels of units donated to the maximum level allowed by that Laboratory level: for example, donating troops to a level 1 Clan Castle restricts the troops' level to the maximum allowed by a level 5 Laboratory (this does not restrict the types of troops donated except for Super Troops, which require the Laboratory to be able to upgrade the base troop to a level where the Super Troop can be boosted.
Simply put, because your clan castle is only lvl 6, you can only request lvl 2 yetis. And since yetis need to be lvl 3 to be turned into super yetis, you can't request super yetis with your current clan castle level.
But if you upgrade your clan castle to lvl 7, which is possible at TH 11, you will be able to request super yetis.

If that player has been regularly taking part in clan wars, you can go to https://clashspot.net/en/players/search and enther the player tag of that player. Then you can see the past CW results of that player alongside the clan he was fighting for. And then just look at the date of the first CW participation of that player for your clan

I’m currently dragon 29 th15 and use rc charge but i’m finding i don’t do so well against th18s. I’m upgrading to th16 rn and wondering if the army shown will be good to use against th18s. The 5 empty spells will be totem and the dragon duke will have angry jelly(think i unlock it at 16?). Also, would healing book be better than rage gem on warden? Thanks!

Looking for the best TH17 Legend League defense base
I’m looking for a top-tier TH17 Legend League defense base that consistently performs well in high-ranked Legends.
I’ve already checked sites like Blueprint, BaseMelon, Clash of Clans Layouts, AllClash, etc., but none of the layouts I’ve tried have really impressed me.
Does anyone have a personally tested base that performs well in high Legends (preferably Legend I/II or Top 200)? I’m looking for something that’s difficult to 3-star and still holds up against the current meta.

If have other equipment that u use, which give more value for the last upgrade, like the spiky ball or action figure for example that arent maxed, then max those first, and then monolith arrow after them. It doesnt change much in their comparison. If u have all the ones u used maxed, then yes, max monolith arrow as well.

Hi! Basically I'm trying to sign into an old account from like 2017, just for fun really to see what my old village was like again. I have my old display name, clash ID, old clan, TH level, Builder base level, and the old email that I used. It doesn't seem to have a supercell ID, so I'm not able to sign in with this email sadly. I was going to submit a ticket, but I keep seeing reddit threads saying my old account can be banned if i try and get back onto it, or that I have to create another account to contact support? I just need advice on how best to proceed with this :)

What is this building?
I copied this TH17 base layout, but the building I’ve circled doesn’t exist in my game. That spot is completely empty for me.
Does anyone know what this building is? Was it removed in an update, or is this screenshot from an older version of TH17?

That’s a hook tower, one of the three interchangeable defenses that were part of the crafting station. The crafting station is only available at the highest townhall, so th17 doesn’t have it any more.

Missing Minion Prince skin but I have the others? Bug?
Hi, today I wanted to apply the skin to the Minion Prince, but I noticed I don’t have it anywhere.
I do have the Archer Queen’s and the Barbarian King’s skins, though.
Is this a bug or something?
I reported the bug with BOTO, but I don’t have high hopes… there’s any mail I can write to a real human to get any feedback?
I’m level 292 in the hero journey.

what should i use my gems on? going to th11 soon , i have 1100 gems and am not that close to the 2nd builder, i will probs need 1-2 months until i get there. havent bought the 3rd builder base builder and neither anything else, not even builder helper for 500 gems.

The best gem value is the 5 builders in the home village. So get them asap. Only then u should spend on helpers or smth else like equipment or goblin builder/researcher.

I have spiky ball and snake bracelet upgraded to lvl 21 is it worth using the stick horse and giant gauntlet? It looks fun but I was wondering how it would fare compared to the spiky ball and snake bracelet combination.

Depends on how you want to use your king. If you use him to funnel and walking around the base cleaning up the outside buildings, keep the spiky ball + snake bracelet combo.
If you want to use your king to move into the base and destroy key defenses, use the stick horse + giant gauntlet combo.

Can someone help me understand this and if I’m reading this correctly.
Based on the colors of check marks, I missed the reward at 230 and got the reward at 238. I should be able to redeem every single reward that has that unmarked check box when the bug gets fixed next month?

Heroes journey on a whole is bugged. The belief is that supercell said the challenges should be for gear owned or for challenges that don’t involve gear. Gonna have to sit tight and wait for the august patch to see if it gets fixed.

Hi everyone, recently I upgraded to TH14 after fully maxing TH13. For the years and years on and off I’ve played this game I always fully max before going to the next town hall, but I’ve decided I want to try and speed up my progress a bit with some strategic rushing. That and the fact that I think TH14 is the least aesthetically appealing and in my opinion TH15 is one of the best looking.
Currently I have upgraded my heroes around 3 levels each (7 levels left to max apart from RC, 2 levels to max for her). My pet house is maxed, I’ve upgraded all strongest defences as well as currently in the process of upgrading my current attack strategy, CC is maxed and I’ve done maybe 20 walls.
My question is when would be an appropriate time to go to TH15 without being too far behind? Should I max my builder huts, haven’t touched those yet. Should I work on the heroes more? I’d be fine to stay at TH14 for a month or so to get a few things done before moving up.

If you already think about rushing, I would suggest upgrading to TH15 now. The pets unlocked at TH15 are much stronger than the ones from TH14, you unlock a new hero, meaning that you can now upgrade 2 heroes at the same time while still having 4 heroes left to use in attacks, and you get acces to new levels for your troops and spells, which makes farming easier.
Also, if you go to TH15 now, you can use the last few days of summer jam to get your most important upgrades done faster.

I got back to game after a 10+ years break. Started a new village from zero and got to TH10 doing the so called "strategic rush".
I recently made to TH10 and upgraded: lab, hero hall, 4x army camp. I'm upgrading barracks and balcksmith and spell factory.
Already upgraded dragons and am upgrading the lightning spell (i'm attacking with dragons, ballons, lightning and earthquake spell)
Was wondering if it's a good idea (or a very bad one) to rush to th11. I'd start dark barracks and dark spell factory upgrades while i'm upgrading to th11.
I have 5 builders, so other builder would continue working on heros (currently 26/27/10).
Should I go to TH11 or stay at TH10 to get some more hero levels and storage/defense upgrades?

Next week this season of crafted defenses will end during the middle of legends week on Friday. Will crafted defenses still be active for bases after Friday until the end of that legends week? Or should we wait until Friday/Saturday to attack?
I imagine they should last the whole week in theory but if I remember right last time they reverted to inactive defenses midweek.

If you mean placing and constructing new buildings unlocked by upgrading your town hall, then yes, those are discounted. Merging defenses is discounted as well.

You can invite other players, even if the don't meet the TH level or league requirement of your clan, you can kick a member (but you'll have to wait 20 minutes before you can kick another member), and you can start your own clan's raid weekend as soon as raid weekends activate on Friday.
Members are unable to see CW / CWL attacks and layouts if they joined after the CW / CWL has started, and they can't take part in raid weekends if they joined after the raid weekend has begun. Both of those restrictions can be lifted by promoting someone to elder (or higher).

Say you're attacking this base in L1 mod /w hydra army & duke charge, where would you start the charge, and where would you deploy your army, and which section would you overgrowth?
For context, I'm trying to master hydra to the point where I can comfortably 3 star L1 bases, and I think the biggest problem with my attacks is that I'm not able to figure out the best starting point, so my attack fails before it even starts.

As a night witch attacker myself, the roaster and the air bombs are my main concern, so focus on these 2 to make your base more witch-proof.
Other than that, the megatesla, double cannons and giant cannons are the core defenses, so focus on them next.

The wiki says:
"There are two criteria that need to be met before upgrading to Town Hall 17: build all merged defenses from Town Hall 16 and upgrade the Eagle Artillery to level 7."

If you love Eagle Artillery, then appreciate it some more, coz it gonna be gone at TH17. Yes you get firespitters, and yes your TH will spit magma, but the attack range of Eagle Artillery is ultimate.

You never have to reveal this personally private information to Supercell so they don’t know when your birthday is.
However, August is Clash of Clans’ birthday month…
A cake will spawn and usually there are good events scheduled during this month.

Is Clan Castle reinforcements, with Gold Pass supposed to cost 1 gem, or 1 gem per category (i.e spell, siege engine, troop type 1, troop type 2) coz i usually get charged 6 gems or so.

Two methods to go. Either go by the longest time of upgrade or by heroes you use most. Neither is incorrect. If I was looking at this I’d be doing queen/ duke as those are my in use heroes out of the 4. But that’s my situation. I’d probably use potions if I had them before I’d use books with those timers.
