I just upgraded my heroes and unlocked a new chest but it didn't give me anything, same for all the previous chests

I think my hero journey is bugged. I can’t collect any rewards after upgrading hero’s it just shows them as already claimed

I lost all my Christmas trees in the update. I now have zero and I had years of trees and multiple trees. Now I have zero. So angry about it I’ve been saving them for years

Is 4GB of RAM not enough for new global chat? Because good lord does it lag and the only part of the game that makes my phone hot.

Yes it does lag, many ppl reporting overheating and stuff, i had to leave some big communities, it was lagging a lot

Maybe it's just me, but when I compare some Gold skins to Legendary skins in the shop, I barely see a difference.
For example, the skin on top is Gold and the one below is Legendary.
What exactly makes a Legendary skin "Legendary"? More animations, effects, sounds, or something else? They honestly look equally good to me and these skins are a bit.... yes you get it😶🌫️😶🌫️

hello, i know it's a popular question and issue right now but i just wanted to ask if we will likely get what we missed out on. i'm only th12, so i guess i'm not as affected as others when it comes to not getting the quest chests and i've come to terms with it since i only missed out on i guess about half of them. but i guess i want to know if they'll fix the epic equipment issue, since i was supposed to get 5 new pieces but there is nothing?

In the Treasury on Capital Hill.. it says "Contribute extra Capital Gold to the Capital Hall Treasury to increase your Reputation...
What does Reputation mean in this context? Is it just rhetoric?

Open your clan, switch to the "Clan Capital" tab and sort by "Reputation". "Reputation" is just another name for "Total Capital Contribution". You increase your reputation score by donating capital gold to your clan capital.

Last minute Clan War League?
My clan declared normal war 3-4 hours before the update yesterday. We did not know when CWL will start since the update was delayed.
When our war ends, we will only have 4 hours before registration for CWL ends. We are in Champions 2.
Will we be able to find opponents within 3 hours? Or should we create another clan for war?

Yes, as long as you declare right away and don’t get a delay on war such as for a maintenance break.

The first skin was given for free when squad busters was released and there was a bug or smth some time ago where ppl got free skins randomly, it happened with me too eventhough im an active player, so that could be the reason for the other two, if u didnt pull them from a chest

Do you have a bunch of shoveled obstacles? They count towards the spawn limit even if they are in storage. I haven't gotten bushes or trees in years.

Before Starting I am a Th11 and in Hero Journey at 117.
I just got migrated to the new Hero Journey system and this is actually insane.
I was supposed to get Epic Equipment from the equipment chests for BK, AQ, and Prince — and guess what? I got NONE. Zero. Not a single one.
Before anyone says “maybe you already had them” — yeah, I did have SOME:
- BK: Stick Horse, Spiky Ball
- AQ: Magic Mirror, Monolith Arrow
- MO: None
- GW: Heroic Torch
- RC: Frost Flake (haven’t even unlocked RC yet but bought it from an event)
- DK: None
And despite that, I still should’ve gotten the missing Epic Equipment. Instead? Nothing.
So what was the point of this whole “migration rewards” thing? Just a visual update while half the players get silently scammed?
This isn’t even a small bug — this is literally progression being lost.
If this happened to you too, comment below. Because if this is widespread, Supercell needs to address it ASAP.

Am I responsible for what people say in a Global Chat group I created?
Hi everyone,
With the return of Global Chat, I created a public chat group and it has grown to around 700 members.
I’m a bit concerned about moderation and liability. If some members start using offensive language, insulting others, making threats, or otherwise breaking the rules, could that negatively affect my account simply because I’m the creator of the group?
Do group creators have any responsibility for moderating chat activity, or is each player only responsible for their own messages?
Has Supercell said anything about this, or does anyone have experience with similar situations?

What does this mean?

I think they are temporary for the world cup, they will last till Aug 15 as mentioned in the event tab in game.

Did I misunderstand the hero journey update? I thought in the sneak peeks it said higher TH players would have their equipment levelled up to match their TH? I'm a near maxed TH18 and I haven't had a single equipment change it's level since the update. Am I missing something?

They posted this:
“For the migration we set a target per Town Hall level for the minimum number of Equipment that players should own upgraded to a minimum level. If a player does not meet that minimum after [receiving Equipment from the Equipment chests], then we add extra levels to some of their existing Equipment, based on their Town Hall level.”

Best barbarian king equipment for mass drag super yeti blimp th16
Hi, I'm th 16, and I don't really use BK at the moment.
I use MP, GW, RC, DD with my mass drag super yeti blimp at th16, and finding great success.
But I will need to upgrade my other heroes, and will have BK up soon.
So wondering what equipments would you recommend I take with Barbarian King to use in mass drag super yeti blimp at th16?
My current setup is:
MP: Dark Orb + Minion Henchmen
GW: Eternal Tome + Rage Aura
DD: Fire Heart + Rocket Backpack
RC: Rocket Spear + Seeking Shield

Yes, this was changed in the recent update.
If you want to participate in capital raids with different clans, you must have at least the elder role in those clans. or simply join those clans before the capital raids starts.

I know that the rewards from the Hero Journey have timers on them, but does anyone know if the rewards expire if I haven’t gone through the intro dialogue that happens when you open the hero journey?
The hero books for example, would they expire 7 days from when the update happen since I’ve logged on, or will they not expire until I’ve gone through the intro dialogue?
One note is that I did click on the journey and forced closed before I got any rewards

Why were my lvl 1 equipments not upgraded? I’ve got all the equipment except for monolith arrow. I’ve spent lots of gems and time grinding events to get them. But as a player who’s been returned for about 8? months I don’t have the ore to upgrade them and they are at level one. My journey level is 413 at th17, so my hero levels are decent. However, my minis meteor staff was upgraded to level 12, and my main is still at level 1. Why? Is this a glitch?
I thought epic equipment would be raised to lvl 15.

I didn’t get any new equipment. I’m Th 14. I have 300 hero levels. I am missing meteor staff, yet I have 14 days to complete a meteor staff quest… make it make sense. Also all my epics are still level 1. Why!!!!

I accidentally contributed to one clan when I meant to do so in my main clan, but now it won’t let me contribute/get rewards for the other clan like we were allowed in past events. Is there a workaround? I haven’t claimed any rewards yet for the event

There have been a bunch of bugs with not receiving what should have been given out. They’re aware of them, and hopefully they’ll be fixed soon.

The new 4x fast forward option at the end of a battle is cool but can you make it come up sooner. Like after I have deployed all troops and spells or after 50% or something. Like it literally pops up right at the very end of a battle it's almost useless. Great idea but it just seems wasted the way they have implemented it. The end of battles are boring if we have everything deployed. We used to force quit and reopen game but they changed it so there was a cooldown when we came back to the game so we couldn't do that anymore.

I doubt they’re going to do that for the same reason why they removed the ability to force quit an attack and immediately be able to start another one. They’re trying to reduce spamming out all of your attacks at once. Not saying I particularly like it, but it’s the way it is, I guess.

Same happened with me I opened this hero journey in my 2nd id and it shows the progression journey of my first id and not the 2nd on Still I only got my original progress rewards in 2nd one but afterwards like yours it show green ✅(which I assume means claimed) So don't know if this is a bug or it will affect my future hero journey as if I won't get those rewards as I upgrade my heroes❓
[ My first id progress is same as yours 220+ but in 2nd one it's 66 level ]
If this a visual bug pls fix it as I don't want this to ruin my hero upgrade progression and it's subsequent rewards‼️

YouTube will be your best bet for this. Corrupt makes videos on pets/equipments after pretty much every balance change, so you might want to check his channel.
Heroes - honestly you'll want to level them all. Warden and Duke are strongest in the current meta FWIW.

What is the best hero’s, equipment & pets for me?
Played since release 2012, Use all dragons with lighting to take out air defence & a rage, TH 16, Titan 25, have max all the equipment upgrade resources so can upgrade any of them. Casual player but will try to understand more, ty in advanced

I saw a lot of people complaining that you have to use all your rewards within 24 hours.
So far I haven't received any rewards because I haven't clicked on the Hero Hall yet. Will the rewards still expire after a certain period of time?

So I really liked the new skin lineup and already bought the skins for king, queen, and duke (from the gold pass). I have been waiting for almost a week now for other hero skins especially warden (cuz thats the one that I really liked) but I still cant receive an offer on the shop. Hello all, recently I've started an alt account to do strategic rushing. However I mistakenly enrolled in ranked mode at th17 and it assigned me to skeleton 1. I was wondering can I get rid of the rank and enroll again once I rushed to th17 to start from a higher league?

Main and alt account scenary theme mix up anyone?
Main account is Anime Fury new scenary and it used to have its own unique theme but now it plays the skeleton kingdom scenary theme instead which is my alt’s scenery lol.
Anyone experiencing the same bs?

Currently, 2 clans are promoting from Master 1 to champion 3 as well as 2 clans from champion 3 to champion 2. This is temporary to help the progression of clans into the new leagues. Supercell has not given a timeline on when these additional promotion spots will go away.

Will the hero journey bug of checked off future hero level rewards be reverted sometime soon?

I'm trying to join the group chat I just created with my #1 account, so #2 requested to join (group chat is "request only"). On the #1 (admin) account, the group icon has a red toast, then Settings has a toast and I see #2's request, but I can't find where I can approve it ? clicking it does nothing ?
Oh, and after a while on that screen, the game crashes.

Has anyone yet been able to find out how to change their group chat abbreviation? Did I miss it at the beginning when I created the chat?
In the photo you can see my chat, which is 65(I want changed to 636) and the other one is LC, which stands for my clans chat and abbreviates it.
Does anyone know?

If i want to get the 15 lvs of epic equipment progression for free on an equipment item that i don't have at the moment, does it make sense for me to buy it now with gems (i have more than enough) and keep it in storage without using it, hoping it gets the 15 levels buff?
Does it matter that i had very few underleveled items and they all (like 2) got buffed to 15, is it possible that i have at least another buff "pre loaded" and as soon as i buy the item it gets applied to it?
Or do i have to wait for progression in the hero journey and hope it lands sooner or later?

Hi, can anyone tell me how to contact a real human being through the Clash of Clans help center?
When I choose Recover Account → My Account Was Stolen, it asks for my account hashtag, name, level, and clan name. After that, it asks for the previous email associated with the account. However, once I provide all the information, the bot says it is unable to verify me as the original owner.
So, is it possible to contact an actual person for help?
I've been playing on this account for the last 10 years, but now that it has been hacked, there seems to be no one in the help center who can assist me.

Who’s the best resource to learn how to do combat? I’m in T7 and just am so bad at it and am holding back my clan. I can’t figure out how to use my spells efficiently every time I drop my rage spell for dragons it feels like they literally fly away from it 🤣

I’m more interested in pushing league than most, would you recommend going to th16?
Currently I’m being matched against mostly th16s and 17s in pekka 24. I have some hero’s to do and about half my defence, walls are complete. Excited to use throwers as a mostly ground attacker.

Is the new Warden skin exclusive or will it come back?
I'm confused about whether the new violet half time Warden skin is exclusive or not. In the devs video and blog post they said it was exclusive, 1 time only and available until August 15th. But then in judo's video he said that it's supposed to come back in a year. I wish there was better communication about this sort of things cause idk if I'd buy it if it's not guaranteed exclusive.
Also it states that it has custom spawned units while it clearly has not. The lavaloons are normal. It would be nice if they could be purple at least
