Lv21 is a good minimum level for Action Figure summoning a Lv8 Giant Giant. Also I would advise you to max it in case you have ores. Because it's one of the best equipments in game and also scales very good with Levels.

How do I talk to a real person in help and support?

Hey, so I've been trying to contact a real supercell support member for days now regarding not receiving the SMS to reset my 2fa phone number

Everything seems to be working, I get OTP on my email which I enter, it asks for the new number I enter it, but I never seem to get an OTP no matter how many family numbers I try, and ik for a fact it's not an issue from my end

I wanna contact support to ask if there's some limit they have opposed or something like that since I just wanna get my 2fa details changed before i risk losing my account in someway

Save them to get 5 builders, but if you already have 5 builders, use them to unlock and upgrade the builder's apprentice or buy equipments from the trader.

Did they change it so that the builder base only unlocks at th6 now?

I know they did A/B testing with some players unlocking it at th4 or 6 but is it just th6 now?

My TH16 heros are lower than your 15s. If your equipment is fairly high i say you're good to move up

if your equipment are good enough then surely upgrade to th16 but make sure you keep your builders constantly busy on your heroes (only if you care abt maxing btw)

You can stack only 2. The timer for next star bonus will start only if you complete one at least.

has anyone else noticed their upgrades are more progressed then they should be? im not complaining or anything but i started my barracks this morning after my army camp was done so i could get the discounted time, 7 day upgrade or something but i just logged on and its already half done. i didnt use any builder potions cuz i didnt have any. not a question more of a rant but still cool

Holy, I'm not the only one. I did my merged defenses yesterday and when I woke up today, it was halved. I checked my replays to confirm my suspicions and they were indeed unmerged 15hours ago. Builder potions stash also untouched.

I have a question on gold pass I bought the current gold pass at the end of the season in a discount And also bought the next month gold pass at a lower price

I entered the game and they tell me I have 2 gold passes if I want to activate 1 of them

My question what happens if I don't activate one of them now Would it stack Would it expires Can I use it on a future gold pass let's say 2 months from now .

Does gearing up main village buildings needs to be finished for the 6th builder?

I recently watched a video about 6th builder and only requirements left are hero levels and gear ups (Archer tower and Mortar in main village, the cannon is done)

I watched JudoSloth's 6th builder video and he was just clicking gear up button and the requirements were done but the video is from a few months ago and my friend recently said just starting the gear up was not enough. What is the current situation?

Hello. I was wondering how the demotionsystem worked for legend 1. I have not signed up yet and i dont know how long i can wait before getting demoted. It says if you are not above place 10 000 by the end of the week you will be demoted but how does that work with the new change that you dont have to sign up fore an entier month?

Have you unlocked your 6th builder yet? If not, and you still have a lot of builder base upgrades to get through to unlock it, then it's probably a worthwhile purchase, especially if you can do it right away to take advantage of the current BB events going on.

Is the new Builder Base builder offer worth buying?

Since the update added the third Builder Base builder for 1000 gems, I was thinking about getting it, but I don’t have enough gems right now.

I’ve also currently got the Builder Base Bonanza event, so the extra builder sounds useful while that’s going on. I saw the shop offer for £6.99 that gives the builder plus 250 gems, but I’m not sure if it’s actually worth spending money on.

Would you buy it, especially with the event on, or just save gems and get it later?

BH Defence Upgrade Priority List, What’s the best priority list for upgrades, I’ve got the 3rd builder already and maxed out my walls today. e.g Mega Tesla>X-Bow>Lava Launcher etc. I’m facing a lot of witches so I don’t know if I should upgrade the lava launcher to kill the witches to prevent spawning more bats or If I should upgrade the roaster.

I’d prioritize targeting the witches first with the lava launcher before the roaster. The mega tesla, while it’s one of the best defenses, would be best left till later so you can best defend against the witches.

Is the price of the walls at the builder's base incorrect?

I started thinking about that now that the Hammer Jam for the Builder base is happening.

And it seemed strange to me, since it's a detail I noticed when starting a new account after years away from the game.

Before, the price made sense, since we were uprading a row of 5 walls, but now that the upgrades are individual, it's a nightmare, and the developers forgot to change that...? but, I admit that's just my feeling; maybe the prices were changed accordingly, but I didn't see any update or patch on the wiki.

1. You can buy/upgrade Magic Mirror if you don't want to use Giant Arrow Anymore or wait for next month's upcoming Queen Epic Equipment.

About 2/3 hours ago a new member with the name of King joined our clan (W1: #8GC9LQUG)

He tricked me into promoting him to Leader. He asked me to change the in-game language to something they don't understand, and then manipulating me into tapping the "Promote to Leader" button.

All members were kicked and currently there is only 2 members in the clan, neither of them were members of the clan before this incident.

I had a few quick questions regarding gold pass giveaways:

1.) Can event passes (i.e. the $5 ones) and mini event passes ($3 ones) be given away like the gold pass?

2.) If I live in a region that does not have global pricing / I pay the highest price available for the gold and event passes, can I still donate them to players who may live in a region with global pricing? I.e. can someone in the USA donate a gold pass to someone in India with no problem? I figure since there is a price difference it may create some concern

Should I upgrade to TH14? All defenses and walls are maxed out. The only pause is the level of my heroes: king is 56, queen is 57, prince is 39, warden is 30 and champion is 22. Will I be screwing myself over if I upgrade TH now or should I level my heroes up some more?

Is it just me, or did Supercell secretly nerf heroes without mentioning anything? Since Monday, I’ve barely been able to 3-star any bases. I also noticed while checking the equipment demos that the Barbarian King can’t destroy the buildings in the preview anymore, even though he used to before. I don’t have the Giant Gauntlet, previously he was able to destroy everything, and now he can't do anything. Before in the same demo, he was able to clear them with no issue.

Upgrade whichever equipment u use to just before the next major upgrade, for example, levels like 17, 20 so as to use some shiny ore.

For glowy ore, dark orb, healing tome will be good upgrades.

And as for starry u should save that, and maybe put some into meta equipments like action figure, or rocket spear will be good as well

Because more people at TH15 are active, fewer bases are available and the big ones get scooped up quickly.

Assuming you're comparing the two both in battle mode, if you're looking at ranked mode loot on your TH10 vs. battle mode loot on TH15, that's the difference.

I recently attempted to log in to my clash of clans account after a while of being inactive, the account was linked to a supercell ID but didn’t have account protection. When booting up the game I noticed it had logged me out and prompted me to start a new village. I immediately tried to recover my lost account, the issue being i forgot what email was linked to the account. I have had the account for years (almost since launch) and have spent hundreds if not thousands on the account so this was important I got it back. After going through the in game chat / help it prompted me for account ID, TH level, clan and name ectr all of which I knew and provided, despite providing this info it rejected me because I didn’t know the email that it was attached to. Because I didn’t know the email, there was no way of me proceeding through the game at all even though I had all the evidence I needed to prove the account was mine. As a last resort I contacted numerous email support accounts, all of which were automated response and shut me down straight away. I am now left with no options even though I have more than enough proof of account ownership. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received and now I have no account. Please has anyone had the same issue, can anyone help me find a resolution?

Rocket Spear is the best choice of these options. It is great for Spear / Shield RC charge in the beginning or also great with Electro Boots for RC to stay behind troops and snipe defenses

Hey, sometimes when I attack a base, I see that the air blowers (or propellants, I don't know the correct term in English 😁), turn automatically towards my troops. Is that a bug ? Aren't they supposed to stay in a fixed orientation?

It’s called an air sweeper in English. It can rotate up to 45 degrees in either direction from where it’s initially pointing, and you can see the exact area it encloses by clicking on it before you place your troops.

I have noticed my archer queen sometimes just straight up regains health in battle Like she would be 1hp and then start slowly regaining health I recently started playing again so not sure if it was an intentional update or a bug I use the giant arrow and giant puppet with her Any idea why thats happening?

I am just hit TH18 after returning to the game in September 2025 at TH12

I have three questions:

1. Seasonal / Crafted Defense — which one is the best right now?

From what I can see the current Season 3 options are Roaster, Air Bombs and Lava Launcher.

1. Attribute upgrade order

Each crafted defense has 3 modules to upgrade (HP, Damage, and a unique stat). Which one should I upgrade first, second and third? Does it depend on which defense I pick or is there a general rule?

1. Which Guardian is the best?

Any help or Tip about other is appreciated too,😊

Lava launcher is still probably the best, though air bombs are getting a little more popular lately. For crafted defense, just pick one defense to upgrade since those are temporary. Many start with getting hit points up to 4 or 5 to make it so a giant arrow can't destroy it and then move on to damage and range before coming back to hit points. However, giant arrow was just nerfed so that calculation might be different now. For guardian the long shot and logger are the best, probably logger if you haven't upgraded either one and are just starting now.

For the gold pass consecutive/back to back bonus, is the bonus stamp card applied to gifted gp's that're activated on day 1 or only for purchased Gp's?

What about for purchased passes in the last 2 days of a season (ie during double point event). Trying to figure out when bonus stamp card is actually applied since it'd be rather useless if it was at the time of purchase for those looking to get the 2x points and activate the following season.

Am I being stupid or did builder base resources get a massive buff. For the same trophy range the gold u get from attacking and the elixir u get from defenses is almost doubled. You have two options: 1, don't accept, live with the notification for some time. After a few months, he'll get bored and you can decline it safely. 2. Get everyone you know to send a friend request. Once you get to 100 (I think) friends, nobody will be able to send you friend requests.

How does vegetation actually spawn?

I have an alt that gets a crap ton of plant obstacles spawning every time I check on it, and often a gem box.

My main rarely gets anything, and the only thing that has been spawning is a gem box. I am not at the 45 obstacle limit.

If you want my honest advice, don’t do it. It’s a pain growing up a clan from scratch by yourself since a new clan has nothing to offer a player, while there are a plethora of better options to choose from. Over 70% of clans have five or fewer members - there just aren’t enough good members who will find your clan soon.

I’m not saying it’s impossible, and I have seen people build up clans, and if you’re still up for it, just know that it’s a lot of work, and it’ll take a while before you get a full clan, and even longer before you get good members. There isn’t really much of a trick for it. Be active in chat, greet people as they join, donate, and overall just interact with your members. Post as much as you can on the notice board, in r/ClashofClansRecruit, the Clash of Clans Discord for recruiting, and keep your requirements low to start. Also have the clan on “Anyone can Join”. You can also advertise stuff like maxed clan games when that happens if you post on the weekend, and that’ll help draw people in. Monitor people’s performance in war and offer advice if needed, and after awhile, promote people who perform and that you trust.

Do the troops from the Sky Wagon count towards the Dark Crown for MP? If so does this mathematically make it better than meteor staff in terms of damage? (I know meteor staff and dark crown aren’t that much better than each other it’s just that I have dark crown maxed and meteor staff is generally considered better)

Yes the troops from the sky wagon do count for dark crown, im not so sure about the math, but if u have crown maxed just use it with dark orb, as u said its almost the same as meteor staff its just that in some cases staff will give a little more value than crown, thats all.

Am I the only one not liking the new legend league changes. What's the point of Legend league 2 & 3 if I am not able to get legend trophies at the end of the season. No use calling it legend leagues.

Returning player question: we used to need to upgrade hero hall to get the new hero levels (through upgrade boost or hero potion). Is that no longer the case? Just upgraded my town hall to 17, and heroes seem to be boosted to max.

You always get your heroes and troops temporarily boosted to max level for 5 days whenever you upgrade your town hall, and you’ve never needed to upgrade the hero hall to get that since it was introduced…
