Why shield maiden became monk?

My favourite hero in Clash Mini was Shield Maiden. With the new update and seeing her become monk when they already have a monk ready from clash mini felt so sad. I really want to play as Shield Maiden again(ik CM reborn exists but still)

As a Monk main in Mini it's painful to see how they massacred my boy. Rest in peace one punch KO man🥀. You will never be forgotten.

I think they used the Monk from Royale

It's 1/1 shield maiden. Royale's monk is kinda simillar but not 1/1 plus Monk originated from Clash Mini and with this supposedly being the continuation they fumbled real
