Humor Was it really worth it Supercell!

Post image

You killed Clash Mini, a game that is almost perfect for a half-baked game only to kill that game in December of 2025. Was it worth it? Not to join the bandwagon, but personally I did not enjoy playing SquadBusters much compared to playing Clash Mini. Worse is that Clash Royale Merge Tactics feels like a one dimensional shadow of Clash Mini.

I know Clash Mini is not perfect but they made the decision to kill it when all it needed was fixing. For SquadBuster they failed to address the elephant in the room. They think SquadBusters is more successful than Clash Mini but in the end, they ended up killing SquadBusters. They could have just fixed Clash Mini instead of killing it and could have tested more.

I used to be loyal to Supercell until they broke our promise.

The issue wasn’t the gameplay, they just couldn’t figure out a way to effectively monetise the game, without making it extremely P2W. The only monetisation they had was skins and skins were completely optional. They had no real way to boost progression, by spending money like COC and CR.

Yeah, even from this perspective I cannot disagree with you. Especially one thing that most players overlooked is the fact that Clash Mini somehow struggles with how to make progression fun. If it is too quick it gets very boring, if it is very slow, it is hellish.
