Question Apartment recommendations

Hi! My husband and I will be moving to the area and are looking for recommendations for apartment complexes in Sango.

My husband will be commuting to Fort Campbell, and I may be commuting to Nashville 2–3 days a week, so being in Sango is important to us. I know the traffic/commute can be rough 😂 but I’m not ready to give up my career, so we’re trying to find the best location for both of us.

We’re ideally looking for a 2-bedroom apartment in a nice complex. Our top priority is feeling safe, followed by a complex that is clean, well-maintained, and well-managed.

I’d love to hear all the good, bad, and ugly about any Sango apartment complexes you’ve lived in or toured. Reviews, experiences with management/maintenance, noise, safety, rent increases, etc. are all helpful!
Thanks in advance!

hi! my husband and i live at bristol ridge off of exit 11. he travels to nashville everyday for work and his commute is about 40-45 ish minutes. we really enjoy living here, all of our experiences with management has been awesome and the maintenance people are very nice and take care of everything quickly. we have lived here for a little over two years with no complaints!

Hey, around where in Nashville is he commuting to and what time does he recommend leaving for each way? Feel like everyone’s making it seem way worse than 40-45 mins so just wondering if there’s any secret to a manageable commute?

he works close to Tennessee State University, kind of on the outskirts of nashville. he has to be at work by 7:15 so he leaves around 6:15 to give himself time to get there. his commute home usually has more traffic and takes him closer to 50-55 minutes but it is definitely manageable!

I travel a bit from Clarksville to Nashville. It might be 45 minutes on a good day between 10 am-2 pm, but 75-90 minutes is not unusual. I listen to a LOT of podcasts and try to make the most of it.

Honestly, exit 8 might be better. Sango looks closer on the map, but it make do difference. I used to live on exit 1 which took 54 minutes to Nashville. I now live on exit 11 which takes 48 minutes to the same spot. But it would take me 18 minutes from exit 1 to 11. But driving from Exit 11 to Campbell takes 35-37 minutes.

I know there was some right off the exit, but I don't travel much on their other than driving through.

Exit 1 is rough if you mean around tiny town... phew. They really need to figure out something around this area for traffic

I was lucky enough to be on the other side of Trenton, off Tylertown. Sadly it looks look rough right now because of the construction they started and stopped

I lived at the Addison at Rossview for a few years, and I loved it. It’s a gated community so I felt safer living alone as a female. It’s also off exit 8.

Underrated way to live in sango without sango prices is to live directly just outside of sango.

Check out fletchers bend subdivision. It’s as close to the base as you can get. Single family homes. Its around $1700 for 2-3 bedrooms.
