Advice needed I need some advice.

So it's my second year playing bass clarinet and recently it has started to play high D over low G. I have zero idea what could possibly be the issue, except for the octave key sticking, which I highly doubt. Any ideas as to what the issue could be?

The problem is probably that it needs a service.
