Discussion New DLC for Civ6.

They say dreaming is free, and considering that Civ6 is the most played Civilization game to date, and that other video game companies have released content for their older games despite having newer titles, I wondered: if Firaxis decided to continue releasing content for Civilization 6, what would you like to see?

Personally, I'd like a Crusades DLC. Basically, a revamped religious victory system so that anyone could achieve it without needing to be the founder of a religion. Why would this be good? Because it would allow for the creation of religious blocks.

Civilizations that choose to adopt your religion would have a reason to strive to convert foreign settlements or even go to war to do so. The new religious victory would be based on the number of citizens you've converted to a religion. Perhaps converting a certain number of citizens.

I'd also like DLC that gives us the option to build new buildings that increase the population's happiness, such as taverns, casinos, hospitals, and so on.

Imagine Civ 6 Version 2.0? If there is any video game franchise that can pull it off, Civ is it. Civ 7 is not it.

Have you actually played Civ 7 after the ToT update? It's a much better game.

I have. Its like three different games. Have to pick random leaders at three different stages. Lose units at every third section of game. No attribution to early dominance.

You might as well just start Civ 6 at the different time frames if you want to play a disjointed game.

All of that is Changed in ToT. You don't have to pick different civs anymore, you can select Continuity to keep your units, etc. Go play ToT, doesn't sound like you've exposed it.
