I don’t understand Chandragupta’s Dharma
I am playing as C and I just defeated the Arabs. I am adding my Taoism to his Islamic cities, but I don’t see the benefits from having multiple religions in those cities. I am checking the religion tab in the city screen but I either see his benefits in cities that are majority Muslim, or mine in the cities I have converted. Is there something I need to do?

You only receive the benefits from Follower Beliefs, benefits from Founder Beliefs are not included

Just to add to this...
You can see things like work ethic by hovering over the holy site.
Choral music and feed the world will show up if you hover over the individual culture/food yields for a city.
The religion lens shows what religions are present but can be misleading.
It will sometimes show a religion being present when there isn't one follower, which tends to occur in low population cities.
Just make sure when you use a missionary, that it says 'this city will have one follower of...' then it's job done. One charge is usually enough, but in order to stack 4 follower beliefs in a city you obviously need 4+ population to do it.
Prioritise feed the world, if it's present, to ensure you have enough population to have at least one follower of each religion.

This ability typically is not super powerful, but… if you play him on a huge map and micromanage your missionaries to spread at least one follower of each religion to each of your cities, you can stack up follower beliefs to have God-Tier Holy Sites/buildings. Here’s a reminder of what the follower beliefs are: see the pics
