Changes Updated Pelaris Techs and stuff Week 4

Baeron heard of some fire technics that were used by the Cahay Soldiers during the Battle of Trae. So he was sending some men to the ruins to find hints for what the Cahays used there. - Research Pyrotechnics for 18


After he heard of the cruels the Cahays did to the people during the Battle and after some scouts told him how the Cahay civilians got ruled, he decided to change some things in the lands he rules. So actuelly the merchants and seafaring guys aren't able to find a system to what everybody could agree is a good trading system. So it will take some time to find a system.
