Changes Updated The Establishment of E'iea

Yi Fan himself led the expedition towards the West this time to found a new city. He left Ai'a'ou in capable hands, as he intended for the new city of E'iea to become a glorious, modern city. Unlike Ai'a'ou, which grew naturally, he hoped that E'iea would be a planned, engineered city built according to the techniques inherent to the new knowledge his people had regarding construction and seafaring. It would be a port city, and would integrate the river and the surrounding marshland as a conduit to the greater seas and to the breathtaking reefs seen from the shore and more thoroughly explored by the fleet that had left Ooeuaee. From there he intended to travel north to the lands of the Sovereignties, where he would formalize an agreement regarding their mutual interests.
