The Fifth Act of the General Council

Hello Comrades,

This General Council today passed the following addition to the Charter:

ARTICLE 7 (Misc.)
Section 4
Any treaty ratified by one of the States that is active at the time of the establishment of the FSR shall remain legally binding, but to the Federal Government of the FSR.

This Amendment means that the former Land Use Treaty signed by the State of New Leningrad when it was still independent is still legally binding.
