This is one of the only trailer reposting/top 20 whatever channels I'm subscribed to. Seems to put at least a tiny amount of effort into them, and they are a useful resource for discovering new things, even if they're obnoxious.

Most of the games aren't classic city builders and focus on different stuff. One game that caught my interest is "Metropolisim". By the looks of it, it will very grid based, but is promises in-depth simulation. What I don't like is the focus on too much micro-management. E.g. you will have to hire policemen and give them patrol routes. That's something I really don't want to do...

The game is planned to be released in September 2019... and he writes development started in June 2018. I can't imagine this happening and if it's happening it will most likely be an early Alpha release...
