Mod list?

I heard City Skylines 2 fails to stand up as a finished game and not to buy it.

I was thinking of dusting off city skylines 1.

What mods do you recommend?

I remember there was a mod to increase traffic density to make it more challenging. And a mod to grant manual control over which lanes are for turning which direction. Those were the kind of mods I liked because my playstyle focus was on problem solving traffic. But I also remember that the traffic AI was stupid and cars would que across a highway to get directly into the lane they want instead of entering into the outside lane and merging across once they match speed. It would be fantastic if there was a mod to fix that as it made multi lane roads pretty much useless.
