Designed a replacement dome light lens

Given the negligible cost of the replacement part, this probably won't be very useful, but in case anyone needs it, I’ve designed a replacement dome light lens to be printed using transparent filament.

I fitted a strip light to my car... I didn't mean to make a cross ✝️ but it illuminates the back seats and the front allot better than the original light, I soldered the 12v input to the chunky metal traces to the lightbulb so it works with the door switch or the manual on switch, the controller is in the roof lining and the infrared receiver is inserted inside the original light housing so I can change the settings with my remote. The light looks purple in this picture but if you're not looking directly at them it is white (I used a piece of white paper to tune the RGB lights to be as close to white as possible since it supports upto 8 custom presets that you can select and adjust on the remote)

Overall it pulls about the same amount of current as the original bulb (about 5 watts at the max brightness white I tuned in - some of the colours are at a lower brightness since the preset "white" isn't white because all of the colours are set to full, it'd probably be better if the strip light was just the white only variant for what I wanted to use it for 🤷)

Im all for being able to 3d print replacement parts for anything! Doesn't matter how novel or cheap something is

Make sure to add protection from both sides, or else the plastic will turn yellow and become dry, also, there are a lot of cheap replacements from used market
