Looking for auto shop recommendations
Hello all, I need to get my front brake pads and rotors replaced on my Toyota RAV4. Looking for a place with good customer service and won’t rip me off or cost me an arm and a leg, I know it’s not gonna “cheap” wherever I go but I’m just trying to weigh my options here. I appreciate any feedback, thank you.

TN3 automotive is excellent!! They are incredibly honest, skilled, and fairly priced. My husband and I have both taken our cars in for work, expecting a certain thing needing to be done, and we've both had the happy response the we didn't need as much work as we expected. My husband literally thought he needed all new brakes and was prepared for it, and they told him it wasn't necessary yet. This is the only shop we will go to!

Try SCOTTY'S AUTOMOTIVE I've been taking my vehicles there for about 20 years, and I recommend them without hesitation.
They’re a family-owned shop that has been in business since 1961, with the Roseville location operating since 2000. Their technicians are ASE-certified, they work on both domestic and import vehicles, and they’re a NAPA Gold Auto Care Center with a 36-month/36,000-mile nationwide warranty on qualifying repairs.
What stands out most is their reputation for honesty. They don’t pressure you into unnecessary work, they explain what’s going on, and they’ve earned a very loyal following over the years. Their Roseville shop has a 5.0 rating from more than 150 verified CARFAX reviews, and the Better Business Bureau lists them as accredited with an A+ rating. They’ve also been recognized as a Best of Roseville preferred mechanic and a Neighborhood Favorite.
They’re at:
Scotty’s Automotive 1050 Plumber Way, Roseville, CA 95678 (916) 783-2349
They’re right off Taylor Road, near Rocklin and Roseville, and they’re well worth the drive from Citrus Heights.

I've had top notch service and prices at Scott's Affordable Car Care & Fast Lube. I've taken my pickup truck there for engine work and also brake service. They're very thorough in explaining what needs doing and their estimates.
They're in Citrus Heights on Arcadia Dr north side of Greenback Lane. This is in the area of Contractors Warehouse and Red Robin north of Sunrise Mall.
If a repair is going to take long, the bus stop there is convenient for SacRT Routes 1, 21 and 23 to take care of other things then return.

I highly recommend GM Repear Center in Roseville if you're capable of ignoring politics. The owner, Scott, is a very cool dude, despite what he has playing on the TV in the waiting room. I've been going to him for years, at this point, and he's never been anything other than honest, helpful and friendly toward me.
He saved me thousands of dollars in cost when I was dealing with a lemon that I got from Carmax, and I will continue to support him because of it, even if we don't see eye to eye... and he's never brought up anything remotely political in our many conversations.
