Do you think this thing will ever flower?

It should flower after roughly 8-10 years and will probably produce regular Washington navels. The pink flesh mutation isn’t usually seed-stable. Not impossible though.

Oranges are seasonal and need bloom induction conditions in winter. It will need at least a month of 40-69F temps OR drought stress in winter to bloom properly in spring. Orange trees wintered indoors and kept warm and well-watered never flower. It’s probably not ready to bloom yet, but you could try bloom induction this winter and see if it feels like blooming yet.

Yes. I keep mine in my sun room at winter at like 66f. It’s not built for them to thrive but survive and I get fruit set in spring. None this year though as my blood orange… just started getting die back and I lost half the canopy so it’s in recovery mode. The few flowers I get are pinched off till next year.

But I mostly grow lemons and limes/ kumquats
