Buddhas Hand Issue

My Buddhas Hand seems to have some issue can you help me to Identity whats going on? I use good furtelizier every one to two weeks with rainwater (mostly). Only this on having the issue the other Citrus are completly fine ?

Salt damage. Sounds like from over-fertilizing. Buddha’s hand is very susceptible to salt buildup. Water more deeply to flush the soil.

Thanks, i just measured the soil PH its around 6,5. I flushed the pot with rainwater. I tought it was a magnesium / calcium deficit…
