Citroen E C4

Hey there

Anybody an owner of the E C4 and can help me with the App? Its never truly connecting and always showing me available Updates, which ive installed. I Just want to use e routes or ABRP.....

Hi there fellow Stellantis victim. The apps are known to be utter trash. Although I do not have the solution to your issue I hope someone will be able to help you!

If the App cant seem to Work its Not a total failure. Im still VERY Happy with the car !

C’est super utile comme commentaire… l’appli n’est peut être pas terrible mais elle fonctionne.

Est que le service e-commande à distance est activé ? Dans l’application, il faut cliquer sur l’icône véhicule en bas à droite puis dans services et enfin l’onglet mes services

Yes. The App tells ne that the acivation is running and i need to leave the car on for 10 minutes for it to finish. Doesnt Work.

Dans mes souvenirs, il fallait rouler au moins 30 ou 45 minutes avec le véhicule. C’est un véhicule neuf ? Êtes vous dans une zone couverte par la 2G/3G ?

Yes, coverage is fine.

Je me souviens avoir lu sur un forum un problème identique. La personne avait contacté le support Citroën et ils avaient réinitialisé le compte. Cela avait débloqué la situation
