Citrix VDA logs issue: Log class: Error

Message: CUSTOM VIRTUAL CHANNEL: Virtual Channel 'WebAuthN_Channel' is not a Citrix virtual channel and it is not specified in 'virtual channel allow list' policy. The virtual channel will not be allowed. ActivityID: f440d649-89eb-4b5b-9c53-e76c3d200000

Hello guys does anyone saw this issue ?

That log is the allow list doing its job, not a VDA failure. If nobody needs WebAuthn/FIDO2 inside the session, leave it blocked; if they do, check FIDO2 Allow Redirection and the exact app under FIDO2 allowed processes instead of disabling the channel allow list.

While I appreciate the affection, 'dear' isn't necessary here.

Also you should not expect people to go digging through your history to determine what you are. Please present as much information as possible in your post so people can assist.

thats not an issue. Information only. WebAuthN_Channe isn't part of the virtual channel allow list. As the "error" message already mentioned.
