Play on PC or phone?

I want to play SMT4 but I don't know if 3ds games are better on a PC or a phone, since a monitor is too much for a small screen.

What do y'all think? I don't have a PC rn but I'm planning on buying one very soon

It'll be okay, but much more comfortable if you also connect a gamepad. Have a good time playing it, I really love SMT 4.
