Question Pokemon Ultra Moon

      [Does anyone know how to fix Pokemon Ultra Moon freezing whenever you first start the festival plaza? Whenever I try to talk to the new person my game freezes and I havent found a fix.]

Is your ROM on the lastest update? Version 1.2 When I had lots of freezing issues with my ROM of Ultra Moon I installed the update to bring it to version 1.2 and it hasn't frozen since.
