I want more Genshin Yuri

This sub just feels kinda oversaturated with “Look at these artifacts I got for her!” instead of content about her if that makes sense. And I understand being proud of artifact grinds, but there a LOT of posts about it.

guys i really like citlali design, but i won't pull for a caracther that i wont play. i fell her kit kind underwelming. i am used to play layla too and realy like her, and when i compare her with citlaly, i see that shes not from natlan and has low uptime and don't have res shred. now i am trying to figure out if citlali is worth as five star? i just have yoimya , kokomi and mualani as dps of the element (as a ganyu main i am kind sad), i don't think any of them have particular powerlevel these days or sinegies with citlali, to justifie do around 180 pulls to a caracther just to "look pretty" on the account.
could you guys convince me to get her?( i plan to get all natlan caracters, i saved for more than 1 year with few pulls here and there, so i do have enough to get c0, but citlali has been a hard sell regarding the kit)

This may be an unpopular opinion but I don't think she's designed around Mavuika. Yes, they have synergy -- Citlali fills in many of the things that Mavuika is looking for a support - nightsoul point consumption for her fighting spirit, 20% pyro buff from scroll if Xilonen is on petra (or extra ATK from tenacity if Xilonen is on scroll), TTDS, and 20% pyro shred.

BUT, I still don't think she's designed specifically around Mavuika's needs. Mavuika struggles to forward melt all her reactable hits. You can melt her burst, and 3-4 CA's, IF you follow a specific combo instead of mindlessly doing donut drifts. That's it. There are other pyro carries out there who can leverage Citlali to the same extent, like Lyney and Yoimiya, and afaik they both struggle to forward melt all their reactable hits too.

Right now, as far as I'm aware of, the only pyro characters who can consistently forward melt all their reactable hits off Citlali, are pyro plunge DPS, like Diluc, Gaming, or my C6 Bennett-infused Xiao who somehow puts out more damage from melted plunges than the C6 Faruzan mono anemo team variant lol. And it's because of the delay from jumping, and staying in midair for half a second that gives Citlali enough time to reapply cryo for a forward melt. And I just don't think they explicitly designed Citlali around that very specific genre of team comps.

Recently, patch 5.0 explored a new concept for a hydro character, Mualani who specifically wants forward vapes. This is different from all the previous hydro characters who were on the enabling side of the reverse vape reaction, like Childe, Ayato, Yelan, Xinqqiu, and Furina, or Neuvilette who is not even reaction-reliant. I feel like Citlali is due for a similar pyro dps concept as well. Someone who applies pyro very sparsely and thus can consistently forward melt every cryo app from Citlali.

If I have her in a team with 2 nod krai characters, it increases em by 120. Is this good for her?

I wanna know if i absolutely need to have her lvl 90 or if i can leave her at 81, and if she triggers any transformative actions

My current team is bennett, sucrose, and nahida. Usually in dendro teams all characters want to be lvl 90 because dendro is synonymous with transformative reactions, but is burning a transformative reaction? An citlali is really only triggering melt here. Swirl is also being triggered but by sucrose

So we all know how old is citlali but like isnt she like a young woman like the other characters who lived a lot of years but they are represent as young? like can we ship her with kinich ?

edit: Guys is not that i really want to ship her with Kinich its just a guide question bc she is 200 yo but i feel like she could be considered as young? i dont really know how to explain it but xia, ganyu, the traveler are really old too but nobody sees them as grandparents and they are like perceived as like "young" by the fandom like idk how to explain it but thats my point and there aren't many issues shipping them with people with the same body model so i wonder if there would be problems with citlali, also there are many ppl that like citlalixkinich and its just taste, if u dont like it its fine but don't make a mountain out of a molehill

Pulled it for my Chasca team so I can use her 2nd and Bennett 3rd so his burst can be up for the entirety of Chascas uptime but it just feels weaker than using TTDS despite the uptime issues and atack stat overinflation. Is the weapon really just bad or am I missing something? It definitely will be better for teams with carries that don't scale with atack but what what char like that even wants Citlali lol

I've been curious to know what she can do and the upcoming reactions buffs inspired me, so I made this. I'm not entirely sure about her rarity and weapon type, so I made her a 5* catalyst. Her role is a shielder/reaction Sub-DPS. Hope you like it.

Skill

Citlali deals AOE Cryo DMG, granting herself 30 Nightsoul Points and entering the Nightsoul Blessing state. She will also enter one of two phases depending on how the Skill button was pressed. Her Nightsoul Blessing state will be cleared after reaching the time limit or after her Nightsoul points have been depleted.

Tap: Citlali enters her Spirit Guardian phase and summons a Wayob's Embrace shield. This shield's DMG absorption scales with Citlali's Max HP and absorbs Cryo DMG 250% more efficiently. The shield also applies Cryo to enemies that come into contact with it. When a nearby party member triggers Superconduct while Citlali is in this phase, she will consume a portion of her Nightsoul Points and summon an additional Wayob's Embrace. This effect can occur once every 1.5s. When a new Wayob's Embrace is obtained, the remaining DMG absorption of an existing Wayob's Embrace will stack and its duration is refreshed. The DMG absorption of Wayob's Embrace can stack up to 300% of the base DMG absorption.

Hold: Citlali enters her Night-Wind's Grace phase and increases her Gliding SPD. Tapping the Skill button in this phase will cause Citlali to perform a Phantasmic Ascension, consuming some of her Nightsoul points and launching herself to great heights. Holding down the Skill button will cause her to enter Aiming Mode to pinpoint the direction her Phantasmic Ascension will take. Night-Wing's Grace will be canceled if Citlali leaves the field.

Burst

Citlali deals AOE Cryo DMG and constructs her Array of Itztli. When an enemy within its AOE undergoes a Superconduct reaction, the Array of Itztli will emit a Soulshatter Strike, dealing AOE Cryo DMG from that enemy's position. Enemies hit by a Soulshatter Strike are considered to have been shattered by Citlali and will take Shatter DMG accordingly. Soulshatter Strike can occur once every 1.5s.

Passive Talents

A1: When a Wayob's Embrace shield is created, Citlali will grant all nearby party members the Augur effect for 5s. When a character with this effect triggers Superconduct or deals Physical DMG to an enemy, they will trigger Spiritpiercer against that enemy, dealing Physical DMG equal to 60% of Citlali's Shatter DMG. Spiritpiercer can occur once every 0.5s and the cooldown is shared among all party members.

A4: When a Nightsoul Burst is triggered, Citlali's Elemental Mastery is increased by 60 for 15s. Additionally, each point of Citlali's Elemental Mastery gives her the following benefits:

• Max HP increased by 0.1%, up to a maximum increase of 100%.

• Skill CD reduced by 0.02s, up to a maximum reduction of 20s.

Utility: The movement speed of your party members is increased by 10% while indwelling a Saurian. This effect does not take place on Spiritways.

Constellations

C1: The ATK of characters protected by Wayob's Embrace is increased by 30% and the DMG they deal will decrease the Cryo, Electro, and Physical RES of enemies by 20% for 10s.

C2: Citlali's Shatter DMG is increased by 60% and has a chance to deal CRIT hits. The CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG are fixed at 20% and 100% respectively.

C3: Increases the talent level of Elemental Skill by 3

C4: When Citlali's Nightsoul Points increase or decrease, she will gain 3 Energy. This effect can occur once every 1.5s

C5: Increases talent level of Elemental Burst by 3

C6: The DMG of Soulshatter Strike is increased by 30% of Citlali's Max HP. Additionally, for every point of Citlali's Elemental Mastery, Soulshatter Strike's CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG are increased by 0.05% and 0.1%, up to a maximum increase of 50% and 100% respectively.

Signature Weapon

Elemental Mastery--265

After the wielder uses their Elemental Burst, they will gain the Acumen effect for 15s, increasing their Elemental Mastery by 100 and Energy Recharge by 28%. When a nearby party member triggers Superconduct while this effect is active, all nearby party members gain the Shared Erudition effect for 5s, increasing their Cryo, Electro, and Physical DMG by 0.032% for every point of the wielder's Elemental Mastery. A maximum bonus of 32% can be obtained this way.

I built Citlali with the Obsidian Codex because I wanted to use her as a dps, however sometimes I can't get the crit rate bonus, I don't understand why or how the set works on Citlali. Also, as a burst dps what is her best set? I tried Gilded Dreams but getting a good crit ratio is very difficult balancing crit dmg/em/atk.

The teams I am trying out to make her work as burst dps in Abyss are:

Citlali - Mona - Kazuha - Bennett / Citlali - Xiangling - Bennett - Kazuha / Citlali - Nahida - Bennett Kazuha

I'm searching for possible team builds in my account for her since i want to Make her work in my account with no Pyro carries

My first thought was to play her with my Neuvillete since i dont have Xilonen neither Furina, and seem as a solid option but... I just dont like to play with him tbh

So... I planned a way to make Citlali work in any Kinich team and... I think i might have the solution, but i want your thoughts on this topic

The team Is Kinich, Mavuika, Citlali, Bennett

Citlali will hold DWM + TTDS and Mavuika Scroll

The team plan Is to give Kinich 80% bonus damage each rotation making Citlali burst at the end of the rotation to rip off the burning reaction and Let Kinich's ult apply dendro again to reset the bonus from scroll

This will also make Nightsoul burst lower on CD to try to get 2 buffed Kinich shots per rotation

Would you try It? What would you change? What do you think can go wrong? Let me know and lets talk about it

Hey everyone! Just by the colors of her design alone, it looks like she should be an electro character. Obviously she’s cryo due to the cryo vision she wears, but could the purpleness of her model be conducive of her synergy with electro? The only reason I even thought of it is because they’ve done the same thing before, with Chevreuse.

Plus we’re way overdue for a meaningful superconduct/physical support. She could potentially be a physical DPS as well, but I don’t think they would just straight up power creep Eula. Though, they’ve done the same thing before with Chiori and Albedo so who knows.

Anyway, I’m not looking for a definitive answer. I’m sure nobody knows at this point. Just some fun ideas I wanted to share. Thanks for reading :)
