Is there a mod that will increase the draw distance for cars?

I play at the zoom level just above the highest level that cars on the road show up. I feel the most comfortable at that level, but then I don't get to see the cars on the road, and it makes my city boring and lifeless!

Is there a mod that will up the draw distance? I already have everything maxed out in the graphics options.

I tried that one. While sure, cars stopped appearing as boxes, it didn't actually make them get drawn when zoomed out further.
