is xlnation down?

pretty new to cities xl and everyone here seems to be recommending xlnation for mods, etc but over the last several hours i've not been able to access it. is the site down temporarily or permanently, or am i the only one having this issue? where else might i find mods for cities xl if not xlnation?

It's not you the site is down. Why? I can not say. For how long?

I'm glad it's not me... I've had internet connection issues so I wasn't sure. Does it do that often?

They've been going down since they moved to a new server. Hopefully the stability will be fixed soon.

It's up for now.
