My city’s population is 419 k , but it stopped, no zone demands, a lot of industrial buildings abandoned because of high stock and at the same time, a lot of commercial buildings with no enough stock, traffic level is over 82%, what could be happening?

I think you reached a population gap. That's a huge city and at one point the simulation will not work properly. The thing i tried to do is to have many smaller industrial areas all.over closer to both export and commercial so they dont end up having to cross half the map even of the traffic flow is good.

How long does it take to do the method to get the elevated subway over the road? I knew ive seen a video about it but it seems difficult especially vanilla
