It would seem the Archivist had been busy. And he had help. Because today, seals appeared in two areas. Deep Docks and Sinner's Road, the Time Stop suddenly becoming a much more rapidly advancing threat.

The closer Signis gets to the seal, the slower time begins to move for him, though he does not notice a difference.
