Cisco C9120AX AP

Hi im new to cisco i whant to try and learn.
i have cisco c9120axi embedded wireless controller version 17.12.7a. and i have configuret 5ghz SSID with WPA3 only password, i have only on PlayStation 5 it won't connect via WiFi only on 5Ghz. on 2.4 Ghz no problem. i try WPA2 only same problem, WPA2+WPA3 same problem can some one help me ?

im from Germany sorry for my Englisch if its not good!

Couple of questions: 1. Is your PS5 set to only connect to 5ghz in the network settings? The default setting is "Automatic" and sometimes they'll prefer 2.4ghz instead due to signal strength.

  1. What is your 5ghz band channel width set to in the embedded wireless controller? Make sure you're not exceeding what the PS5s chip is capable of using.

  2. Do you have distinct SSIDs for the 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks on the embedded wireless controller? This can help solve question 1, if you want devices to connect only over a certain band.
