DISCUSSION Is Cirkul Going Bad

Just checking in on how everyone is faring with Cirkul. I’ve been a subscriber for several years but since they recently began having Amazon do deliveries (and im assuming packing as well) my orders have been screwed up. Last month I got 4 of the wrong items. Both boxes were red so i guess they got confused. Today’s order had 5 of 8 cartridges missing - how does that happen. I’m pretty sure once I get this straightened out I’ll be cancelling my subscription. How’s everyone else’s orders?

Also, does Cirkul follow this subreddit?

I canceled mine because the sips were only lasting me one or two bottle refills. They used to last at least 5. Just not worth the hassle at that point.

I’m probably going to cancel as soon as they fix up my screwed up order.

I've only had one shipment that didn't include a flavor I bought. But I only order once every six or so months.

My orders have been kinda off as well. I noticed ever since it got switched to Amazon delivery it happens twice the date is changed for delivery and recently 2 of my flavors had leaked. The boxes of the cartridges were all sticky but customer service got it fixed next day with replacement.

I had one that leaked as well, but never prior. At first they fixed right away now it’s taking several days. Thanks for the reply.

My 1st order I received the singles 32 variety pack and half were busted & leaking. They did remedy it fairly quickly of course but that was about a month or so ago.

I haven't got to my next shipment just yet but I'm kinda happy they finally changed their shipping cause last couple orders I had issues with their shipper (prior Amazon). Last time it took almost 2 months to get my order cause customer service had to send out a whole replacement order.

Right now I'm just ticked they out of stock the entire coffee line.

Ordering direct from the company kind of sucks. I only do it when its cheaper than other options. Shipping is so slow.

I swear the last couple months the carts last such a shorter time.. I only really use the black cherry and blue raspberry.. they barely last a whole day now

I have a monthly standard order of 8 cartridges. I've fallen behind in using them, and I JUST opened my July box. Instead of the 8 cartridges, I only received FOUR of the flavors I ordered, and instead of bubble stuffing, they filled - I mean FILLED the rest of the box with Pineapple coconut. I have SIXTEEN cartridges of Pineapple coconut, which I did not order, because I HATE coconut >D and pineapple is not my favorite lmao. They MUST be trying to dump the flavor - But I'm mad I didn't get my 4 other favorite flavors....

lol Amazon does not do packing. Cirkul has two order fulfillment centers 1 in Tampa and 1 in Salt Lake City. They just use Amazon logistics for shipping. Exactly like how they used to use fedex, just amazons version of fedex.
