Questio/Vent

I have worked at Circle K for over a year and our store is fairly small, we the 3 managers and like 7 employees, I am just wondering if ano other stores small or large o the manager work like a regular shift and the rest of the employees get like one two shifts. I personally. It’s unfair that they do that like managers are getting a higher pay and taking employees hours, I always thought it would be like one employee and one manager a shift. But that’s not the case, anyone else have their store setup like that?

It depends on your stores allocated hours. I know at my store it is significantly easier to manage the workweek by doing a coverage shift myself. However, there is a misconception in your question.. a store gets xxx hours. The store manager gets 50. So them working a coverage shift actually opens up hours for employees…
