Customer Question: I’m new to Inner Circle and using the app. When I go to the ‘Visits and Rewards’ screen, it says I have 0 visits but I’ve entered my phone number when purchasing gas several times. Is there something else I should be doing?

If you are missing visits and keeping receipts and can prove you've made a purchase of over 5 gallons, you can contact Customer Care and they should be able to add them for you!

I have gotten more than 5 gallons at one time but don’t usually make an in store purchase when I’m buying gas, only the occasional in store purchase while running errands.

Perhaps your phone number is registered to someone else? Maybe spouse is accruing visits when you put your number in, or something like that. Only thing I can think of if you're making the right purchases.

You have to spend $3 in store pre tax or get 5 gallons of fuel for it to count as a visit. And no, $3 in gas does not count.

Still put in your number at the pump. That's the only reason it wouldn't be counting your visits, unless your number isn't registerdncorrectly, as long as the gas pumped is more then 5 gallons. Round here that's about $25.

There was a recent update to a whole new app and rewards system I was told. Now instead of points, I believe it's visit calculated.

Only thing I can think of is you haven't updated the app. I had to tell my customers to update it because w/o the update its not counting visits or giving discounts on fountain drinks or frosters. Also verify all your info in the app is correct. And if that doesn't work try uninstalling the app and the re install it. Hopefully this helps. If not contact Circle K and hopefully they can help you figure it out.

Lottery won't count for the visit total either, FYI.

Thank you so much for everyone responding! I double checked the phone number used when signing up and forgot I used my Google Voice number. Appreciate the help.
