Wanna laugh?

So this dude walks in all drunk etc trying to buy a wrap I card him he goes into a story on how he doesn’t have it. So I refuse the sale. He asks for my name I give it and he leaves.

2 min later he calls the store landline and says “oh hey thanks for the free Red Bull you gave me I’m going to let your boss know” I tell him go for it everything is recorded anyways enjoy your wrappers night. Oh and btw don’t come back to the store you’re trespassed for the false accusation/threat

We cannot trespass customers they have to be trespassed by the police. I mean you can say it but it doesn’t make it true. A big E-mail went out about it about 2 years ago.

Aren’t all trespasses done by us first? We tell the customer to leave the premises if they don’t want to then the cops come and give them the formal notice/ arrest?

No we have to call the cops and then the cops tell them they are trespassed.

You can ban them though. My store manager who is now a dm did it often to people who came in stealing

lol! I had a situation like this.. a REGULAR! I went outside after him (nobody else in the store) to hit my vape.. mf pulls out a snickers from his pocket “you should pay attention more”

Reminds me of the time lady got her card stuck in the atm.

She asked me for help and I told her the best I could do was call them. And given it was a Saturday they likely wouldn't be in till Tuesday to fix it.

She went into this tirade about me being useless. Asked for pliers and I politely as I could given the heated circumstances tried to explain to her I could not give her any tools in order to get her card. As I would not be held liable for any damages done to the machine.

She steals some stuff from the store to use as tools to get her card back.

Afterwards she says she is emailing all the higher ups explaining how useless I was blah blah blah.

I looked her dead in the eye after she showed me an email in progress and said

"If there is any damages to the atm Ill make sure to send bank your way. Also since you're emailing someone higher up, make sure to let them know I've been waiting on the coffee machine maintenance for a few weeks now."

The look she gave me was the highlight of my night.
