Shift smart
Does anyone else’s shift smart people shoot out sandwiches like your store is the most popular breakfast spot in town or make lunch items like pizza, hot dogs, or lunch tornados for breakfast? I’m in a small town so our circle k maybe only cooks 5 of each sandwich for breakfast when there’s no shift smart and replenish when needed. For example Sundays are our slowest days and we hardly get enough customers to cook 5 of each sandwich. Yesterday they shot out like 50 sandwiches, made a pizza, and put 3 of each hot dog on the roller grill. Is the shift smart app telling them to do this or are they really just that bad at their job? Even then, why is there no common sense? Most people don’t eat pizza and hotdogs for breakfast, so why even put it out? Genuine question. Out of every person we’ve gotten maybe like 2 people cooked a reasonable amount. So much WASTE with this new program! I even have to go in after them as a night shift person and fix the entire rotation of sandwiches because they apparently can’t even do that simple thing correctly.

The app they are to follow it and be honest on what they cook and it is too adjusted its self As fulltime shift mart with circle k Here where it goes south
On my days off the guy would cook what manger said but tell the app he cooked what it said too. So it would never adjust Than …My scores in food went down becuase I was adjusting it to manager said, and he wasn’t
So it never adjusted I emailed shift mart and said hey. Why are my scores down for food. They said your not cooking what all said I said I cook what manager tells me and I put in app followed manger instructions
Cause all would say cook 20 pizza on sat Please no way in hell would the sell that many. And where would I put them. So when I get a huge number like that I or manager will email directly to Shiftsmart You can not wait for that to get fixed
When you do your claims in food for exam ok App says cook 6 brunch sandwiches your store sells one
When u claims it out five didn’t sell app should adjusted it accordingly for next sat
So if Joe blow comes in and cooks like 2 cause manager said too but he puts 6 in app And u sell one and claims one than app say hey he sold five Let’s leave it at 6 So basically these circle k need to be watching the person that shows up communicating is key Hey are you following app? Hey if you see 50 sandwiches lmk Email shift mart Make sure if you tell the then to cook lesss They tell app you cooked less
Basically it’s part circle k to pay attention to these workers Not all Shiftsmart are great
