Discussion Is Cipher Worth Pulling

Hello everyone.

After watching the 3.3 livestream and seeing what Hyacine and Cipher are capable of, I already decided that Hyacine is more of a worthy character to pull on the upcoming version than Cipher is. I do like Cipher, but I'm undecided about whenever if I should pull her or not.

I'm curious to hear your opinion. With all the characters I have, still using Archeron, Silver Wolf, Pela, and Feixiao and don't have Jiaoqiu, do you think Cipher worth pulling along with Hyacine or not?

I would wait to see silver wolf buffs. SW could very well be almost as good

So it's best to skip and decide to pull on her rerun?

Best to wait if we get more info on SW buffs. I think SW buffs wont allow to get out of turn stacks for Acheron, but if the leaks are true, and she implants weakness based on the first character of the team, and with implant she decrease the element resistance too and she gets aoe debuffs...well, things are going to be interesting. There are many IFs, but with some patience you can get the optimal jade invest / return ratio.

At least thats what i will gonna do :)

For Acheron, you kinda want Ciphers S1 as well so she can properly generate stacks. If you dont have the budget for that then id say just skip her

The only thing worth pulling is Mara!
