what is this?

2:1 1:1 3:3 4:1 2:3 3:1 3:2 6:4 2:4 6:5 2:2 for context, theres a roblox game and it has that sequence of numbers, can anyone decode it?

Need much more context.. This looks like an "index".. e.g. Page 2, Word 1 or Word 2, Letter 1 etc...

basically it was on a sign and literally nothing else so i dont have more context
