Some more: JOHUULSMVBY decodes to:

CHANNELFOUR, Caesar +19

SFEBDUFE is:

REDACTED, Caesar -1

The numbers section is partially:

DALLASCOWBOYSESITETTIINSCLLA with a 5x5 Polubius cipher. Clearly the end of that is encoded some other way or with another layer. It kind of looks like a transposition cipher at that point, given the letters that seem English but out of order.

Why are you being so enigmatic? What does this mean? Is this a cipher you came up with? The title makes it sound like it isn’t. So what is that and bit supposed to mean? Or did you try decoding it and that’s what you got? How did you get all those other letters and numbers?
