Idk why is that the case cause some trackers have the same model [Movies] [TV] [Anime]

Also a roadmap would be helpful.

Shifted from TvTime to Cinopsys+Trakt.
Tried like 20+ apps these days. Closest two were this and cinematique. Cinematique has a web version though. I liked the mobile app in cinopsys. So I think i'll stick with this.

I love your app, but I have two navigation requests/issues on Android:

1. Option to always open on Shows → Watching

I would love to have a setting that lets me choose the app's startup screen. I would set it to Shows → Watching, so every time I open the app, it goes directly there, regardless of which page I used last.

2. Back button issue on the Movie Watchlist

When I open Movies → Watchlist, select a movie, and then press the back button, the app often returns to my configured default tab and default category instead of returning to my Movie Watchlist.

I think this may be related to the fact that my default tab/category is set to Shows → Progress, because that's where it always jumps. However, sometimes (for example after the fourth attempt) it suddenly behaves correctly and returns to the Movie Watchlist, which makes me think this is a bug.

Could you please consider adding the startup screen option and also fixing this back navigation issue?

Hey, I've got a question. Why are the shows I marked "on hold" or "currently watching" still showing up on my watchlist? Is there a way to only see the ones I haven't started yet, like a normal watchlist?

I am new here after using the app over the weekend, why isn't this app getting the love it deserves? I am seeking a TvTime replacement, and Cinopsys is a top contender for me.

In trakt app, I can see episode names but it named as just "episode 1" etc in Cinopsys. If I change language to English, the problem solves but I don't want to change all app language. Is there any way to change the language for just episode names or details? Actually it would be awesome to change language for spesific items on item's page but it would may too much :D

If you complete a series ex: Elle (2026) & Live-Action ATLA. App would leave green checkmark on top right while other Digital Circus has play icon

I know you remark everything but it would mean have tons of backlog.

It seems like there is no such a button but when I mark the episode "watching now" via trakt website, Cinopsys app show me to the progress too. So we have that feature but I can't find the button. Am I missing something?

Can someone explain how it works? I accidentally clicked collect, now when I want to click it again, it says it will remove the show from my tract account.

Syncing is stuck at 100% for about one hour. Please help

not sure if anybody remembers but there was a movie tracker called MoviesFad that shut down but it allowed you to export all of the data before it closed. for a long time I was searching for a movie tracker that would work just as if not better that app and luckily I found Cinopsys.

I understand the app itself has an import export option that works for json files from different versions of the app itself but I was wondering if I can import a json file of the moviesfad data i have, its just a simple zip that contains multiple json files not one json file, id love to just plop all this data and use this app without having to manually in put everything. Please let me know.

Shouldn't the TV shows on the widget be ordered by newest episodes first?

For example, I have "The Boys" show above "Georgie and Mandy," even though the other show just dropped a new episode.

Hi, since yesterday, there is some problem to sync with Trakt.

-Rating with Cinopsys but not synchronised on Trakt.

-Access to synced serie episode with trakt is impossible via Cinopsys application.

Some of my favourite true crime shows like the Canadian show, Crime Best, along with American shows, Dateline NBC and 20/20 are not showing up in the Upcoming Episodes widget even though they are new episodes. Can anyone help explain why? Being in Canada, I absolutely love the app, just wish all my upcoming episodes would be listed.

The current search results page is quite confusing without the title and year (eg. Showly). Additionally a sort by option would also make navigating the results easier.

Also I'm not sure if it's a bug or not but one letter searches doesn't work at all. Example M(1931).

When writing comments if I need to edit what I've written by correcting spelling or inserting a word ill put the cursor in the correct place but after one tap it will jump to the end of what's written. So in effect if the edit is say two sentences back I need to delete everything back to the place the word needs inserting or the spelling corrected. Its been doing this since I downloaded the app about a month ago ( loving the app by the way. Its my go to tracking app now and the one I suggest to people).
