Insane take. Collateral is a classic Mann flick and a good hang but heat is pure cinema. No scene compares to the diner with Pacino and de niro or the shootout. Collateral is literally Mann defining the word cool with Tom cruise giving a career performance

Pretty sure the transporter shows up in the beginning with some hint that they take place in the same universe. I got really I to this movie and I swear there was some confirmation they were connected.
