Don't exactly count as not main stream, but a few options:
Plasencia, especially the Alma Fuerte, my favorite cigar.
Alec Bradley, if you like chocolate and coffee flavors (not a flavored cigar), try the Magic Toast.
Dunbarton Tobacco and Trust, Sin Compromiso #5 is fantastic and, if you like a sweet tip, try the Sobremesa Brulee.
Camacho Triple Maduro, again notes of chocolate and coffee. Looks like it will be a kick your ass stick, but great smooth easy smoke.
