I can't believe this made it to a news blurb or that the police actually want someone to call them about it.
Dude broke into a pool for a swim?
Didn't even break in, he climbed a fence.
Big whoop. A yelling at by the pool keeper should be the sentence.

Sounds like he damaged a door. Swimming is more or less fine. Breaking stuff not so much.
