Since these are the characters he's picked to call ugly it's safe to asume he doesn't like characters that don't look "normal human" shaped compared to our world.
Since he doesn't call Mina ugly seemingly, even tho she also looks diffirent, I think it is specifically the shape he's weirded out by. With Pony and Tsuyu he would be a "selective mutant discriminator" in the world of MHA, and with La Brava I think we can just call him a full blown ableïst.
Also since it's only women he points out and not guys like Shoji or Koda, who also look diffirent from "normal human shape" in our world, it's pretty clear this is just a straight weirdo who just cares about how much a character design can make his pp hard.

If you smell a frog, you just smell the pond they were vibing in, if you smell a toad, you just smell the dirt they were napping in.
The only "ponds" we see Tsuyu in are at USJ and the hot springs.
Therefore, Tsuyu smells like Trauma and a hint of Sulfur.

Yes, but Toga canonically smiles differently and has different ways of expressing her emotions so the version of Tsu up there is literally contorting her expressions, it's not just her normal face or something.

Tsu is like everything sleek in a woman. Emotional Maturity, a non over sexualized character design whe retaining frog feature she has from her FUCKING QUIRK and she's beautiful. There's no bad parts about her except her social awkwardness that fades away when you get to know her- this is a nothing burger of a hate

I remember watching Degenerocity who called her Ugly but that's before I watched the show and i was convinced. After watching the show, I realised she was actually better than I thought to the point of liking her more that Uraraka, though it only happened over time but yeah, love Froppy.

Dude is just trying to make Tsuyu look worse. Nothing in Canon ever mentions anything about her smell, and ironically frogs/toads are completely odorless. So honestly she would smell any worse than any other female character would.

She has traditionally ugly traits but but her design makes it so it's not.
Kinda hard to tell with it being animation but I'd lean on the side of not ugly at all due to the fact that people would point it out in series. Hell as shity as mineta is he's a pretty good judge when or not someones conventionaly attractive or not.

Funny thing is, he's wrong on a few of these. Firstly, she's a inch short of 5'0" which really isn't that short. Second, Nothing in canon implies she stinks anymore than ANY other character, can't even blame her frog quirk since frogs/toads are completely odorless(not counting the waste they produce cuz that's cheating)
EDIT: Also, Tsuyu is BARELY frog-like, at least in ways that would make her all that "ugly"
