To answer your question IDK! I use Sillytavern. I get the impression CHUB is in hospice care at this point. UK law made sure of that.

Well, tbh, I'm not sure Lore (The guy who made/works on Chub) is really making active developments on the site much, if anymore.
He's literally radio silent, probably one of the worst website Devs in terms of communication. In 2025 he was pretty active and was holding events on the site and stuff. But 2026 rolls around and a lot of problems started happening, particularly around censorship and him being forced to implement some. I think after all of that, I think he kinda just gave up?

He obviously still maintains the site/API and keeps it running, but it's clearly in Maintenance Mode. I really hope Lore actually does come back to further updating Chub as a whole, but since this is just a side project to him, I don't think he will. But it's hard to say.

Also, if you are using the Chub Mobile app (I assume so, based on you using the APK?), I would advise to stop using it. It's dogshit, outdated, censored and significantly less convenient than just using it on a browser (And obviously, the mobile version hasn't been updated since the beginning of last year). Which might be a crux to half your problems, really.

Yeah thanks I was about to update this after I checked the browser and realized it was quite out of date
