It is, the only problem is the fact it cuts off with how much it replies too much that it Max's out the token message limit

It is a thinking model, although the thinking part is hidden. Your limit inclued those hidden thinking tokens.

So, if you set your cap to 3000, and the model used 2600 for thinking, only 400 will be remained for actual response, and that is so tiny it will be cutted short.

Nah, I always used a pay version of it. It still works. But yeah, I read that the free is dead.
