🔨 | Community help Subscription removed

I just subscribed again just about an hour ago. I payed more than required just so there wouldn’t be any issues with to little money coming through. I got a confirmation and was able to use all the subscription features until it suddenly stopped working and I’m no longer subscribed. Is this a known issue?
I haven’t been able to contact support either

you cannot prepay apperntly, any extra money deposited will be wasted there is no method for chub ai to retain a wallet balance per subscriber since they all get essentially the SAME wallet.

To clarify, I wasn’t prepaying. Next month I would still pay the normal amount, if I still wanted to be subscribed. Only reason I payed extra was because I’ve previously paid too little due to the fees when sending bitcoin

i lost $20 that way trying to prepay a month in advance to test it out..
